To be fair, the biggest change the Jets made last year was adding Kris Jenkins in the middle and they went from 2156 Yards (at 4.2 YPC) and 14 TDs to 1518 Yards (at 3.7 YPC) and 10 TDs. Basically they went from 29th, 20th, 23rd (same order as above) to 7th, 7th, 6th.

Detroit's kinda a bad example too. We're talking about a 3-4 NT, who anchors a defense, not a team that runs a 4-3.
