I believe that the redshirt can come off at any point. Last year it came off in the first game vs. LSU. Beamer plans on dressing and traveling Tyrod, thus providing Insurance. Sean is demonstrating that he can step up and even has NFL potential. He also has an improved offensive line. The question marks surround how quickly his receivers come up to speed, can the Hokies provide a running game and most important Tyrods level of maturity regarding this situation and the team overall.

Tis is what FSU gets for winning the recruiting wars against Miami in the past few years. Like miami they will have to add probation officers to the resident advisors and remedial programs in the football dorm. All kidding aside, this is a serious issue that is probably true at other major programs. These things do tend to open the can of worms.

The Hokies impact defense versus Kansas Offense. A rare ACC-Big 12 match-up...It certainly isnt the same old same old. It should be a great game. It would be a much better game played this weekend. The Hokies are steamrolling and the month off is to nobodies advantage. More the reason for a playoff.

Shannon deserves a chance to rebuild the program. The state of Florida has an abundance of home grown talent that is only rivaled by Texas and California. The true test is in his and his staffs recruiting abilities to tap into and motivate the talent base. As a Hokie Fan we need a strong Miami and and Florida State to strengthen the ACC and our own teams ability to recruit.
