Florian dominated the fight, and your Machida comparison is valid since he dominated Ortiz. If a fighter has better footwork and angles it is not his job to stand toe to toe like a punching bag. Ortiz could not close the difference because he was too slow, and Huerta just seemed to lack the technique/

Besides, can you say Florian really ran if he landed more strikes (65-60) had more takedown attempts and takedowns and stuffed all 3 of Huerta's takedowns?

Despite the lack of a dual threat QB (likely due to his late start in the recruiting season), RichRod already produced a higher class at Michigan than he ever did at West Virginia. He has already brought in one great dual threat option at QB and may add a second in the near future.

He will have better athletes to run his system than at West Virginia, just like Meyer has at UF as opposed to Utah. The result will be similar because he is a great coach.

Tressel is a violation waiting to happen.

I dont want to get into the larger issue being discussed here but rather just point out the revisionist history being used to make an argument. #1) Does anyone not remember the McGwire Andro scandal. McGwire has had his critics and there is no shortage of media figures who have publicly regarded his accomplishments worthy of an *.
#2) There were no whites in arenas with signs about McGwire after the BALCO scandal because he had already retired

Truth is, the media has lambased any suspected steroid user whether white, black or hispanic. Palmeiro was lambased in the media and in stadiums. Sammy Sosa had a considerably easier ride. Why? My guess would be that fan favorites and media darlings like McGwire and Sosa were given a little bit of break by people who grew to love them, while snarly, curmudgeons like Palmeiro and Bonds were crucified more based on the content of their character than the colour of their skin.
