I can understand why he's angry... I would be too if I was from or rooted for Bremen.
Posted Wednesday April 09, 2008, About: Guevara to Toronto almost done
"tonronto finally doing something this year to bring in good players."

Interesting statement considering it's an expansion team. They picked up Robert and now Guevara. I can see at least a 2 to 3 win improvement for this team. Certainly some more goals too.
Posted Monday April 07, 2008, About: Redden won't return to Senators
I love the irony with the "one of the most popular Senators" line. This guy has been a mess since the playoffs last year and the entirety of this season. Is it just a skid? Does he need more support from the fans and ownership? Quite frankly I don't care. This is Canada where the market is bigger and has much more pressure. That being said, if he can't handle it he needs to go south. San Jose or LA would be a good fit since no-one cares about hockey there.
Posted Monday March 31, 2008, About: NHL won't punish Neil for hit
Neil is no different than Tucker or any other "goon". He is a scrapper and he throws dirty hits and shots just like the rest of them. The problem with THIS hit is that it wasn't dirty.
Posted Monday March 31, 2008, About: Bruins will go after Hossa
The Pens will struggle to keep Hossa since they have some contracts coming up this year. He was a last minute pick up for the playoffs. He'll be gone once Pitts crashes in the first round.
Posted Friday March 28, 2008, About: NFLPA will fight long hair rule
It's going to be interpreted by a few as racism simply because it's an easy counter-argument. I only played high school ball (and that's no glory days accomplish, just a note) and I had long hair throughout. My hair was pulled at all through football and rugby season and it was a pain in the a s$. It should be short for PERSONAL convenience purposes BUT a league rule does seem a bit harsh. Racism? I think not.
Posted Tuesday March 25, 2008, About: Next Leafs captain could be...
Kaberele has been there longer... so has Poni and Antropov. I really didn't expect to see Stajan's name on the short list but what do I know... Anyways, my pick would be anyone but Raycroft.
Posted Tuesday March 25, 2008, About: Controversial NHLPA e-mails
This is why you do NOT send this information by email. if you do there is written evidence. Go meet for a coffee behind closed doors or talk on the phone as it's inadmissible evidence. When will rich people learn?
Posted Tuesday March 18, 2008, About: Babcock to coach Senators?
The Wings are a consistently good team but they aren't getting any younger. The average age is getting too high on that IKEA-sponsored team. if they choke again this year Babcock will look for work else where. Ottawa needs a new coach and he would be a good fit. Of course, he's a talented coach so most teams wouldn't mind him behind the bench.
Posted Tuesday March 04, 2008, About: Avery to hit free-agent market
I hate to say it but a team like Ottawa could use a guy like Avery. Not for $3.75 because he's not worth half that but because he is annoying to play against. One of those "rather play with him then against him" players.
Posted Tuesday March 04, 2008, About: Avery to hit free-agent market
Overpaid goon.
Posted Tuesday March 04, 2008, About: Real to offer Cristiano Ronaldo $16M
This guy still needs to blossom at bit more for my likings. Call me crazy but individual talent is not that rare in pro football but team sportsmanship is and Ronaldo does not have it. $16mill is too much for any player anyways.

Posted Friday February 29, 2008, About: Russian league expects to top NHL
Hockey is not Russian, American, German, Swedish or even Canadian. It's a game that belongs to the world. The NHL is the place to play for the world's best talent. By reducing the amount of talent that can play there (ie. Russia restricting access to its players) the NHL will lose some potentially strong players. This doesn't even include the number of Europeans and former Soviet Union countries that could play in a Russian Super League. The NHL is having a hard enough time in the US with the likes of Malkin, Semin and Ovechkin, why reduce the chances of the game growing?

Long story short, **** Yashin and Russia.

Wrong. Crack increases a player's energy level and resistance to pain.

Listen man, I've personally seen people on crack and it isn't pretty. The high is short and you need more. Now, if LT was doing crack every 30 minutes during a game that's one thing but doing crack before kick off would do nothing but give him the bends. i hope you enjoy smoking yours though. Cheers.

GENER WAS-----

Smoking crack and video taping signals are two very different things. Crack is debilitating, knowing your opponents signals and drafting and calling plays to counter them are quite another. I think you are on crack and should already know this.

^ Sleeveless Bill has no admitted to cheating... what more do you want? The tapes? I'm sure those will come out soon anyways.
Posted Friday February 22, 2008, About: New Pats Spygate claims surface
Getting government involved in sport defeats the whole purpose of organizations like the NFL. There are boards, commissioners and hearings specifically for that. This has been MLBs problem with the whole steroid thing. I think that the league should set out what happens and setup deterrents from this happening again--sack those involved.

Fire him and ban him from any NFL involvement and all his staff too.

No way! Not when it's coming to Toronto!
