Agreed.....but in Basketball it's as simple as a turnover down the stretch or missed free throw here.....

One of the reason sports salaries are so high is to prevent inside "stuff". However, gambling isn't necessary about the money but the high or juice that comes with it.

Personally, I think he has way more truth to his story than the NBA want to admit to. I am a firm believer that most pro sports are fixed to a degree. Gambling is huge in part of sports...... you just better be on the right side of the bet.

Basketball is probably the easy sport to fix, if you have inside player.....There is more to this than an disgraced ex-ref.

Vick never had the talent ATL have right now. The QB position is the most watered down position in the league. You have Manning, Brady, Bress, Brett, then Big Ben, Rivers, Manning, and Palmer, then you have ALL others.......Jake DeWrong is a start in the league!!

I "RESPECTFUL" disagree with you here. Ben lost the game yesterday. I think he threw picks in the redzone against the Bears and Cincy too. I do agree that our secondary is average at best even w/ Troy in the line up.

Sweed hasn't plyed this year....so we can't blame him.

You kinda of discribled Big Ben.....when you say you're not sure what you're going to get. I still think the play calling has been questionable AGAIN this year.

Why run a toss sweep on 3 & 2 (in OT) yesterday to Moore? Not Parker, not Mendenhall.....I don't get it. It OT there is no need to trick KC. Line up and run Mendenhall, period!

Not sure when Tomlin bought into the idea of Big Ben throwing it 35 times a game( that's his ave att/g). Too many attempts /game. Mendenhall looks more and more like the back the Steelers are use to having.......Run it and play D, we are not the Colts/Pats.

The Steelers just looked like they were toying with KC as if they could beat them anytime, then the 61 yarder.

Now Batch is out 4 - 6 weeks. I think the Steelers will drop at least one more game (1 of 2 w/Ravens). I'm not sure 11-5 gets them in.

Why should the fans care about the players health when they (the players) don't care about their own health? Not the mention the owners. Running backs, and receivers have been getting their "bells" rang for years but now it happens to be the QBs and oh $HIT!
