Will Ferrel & Heidi Klum
Jeisa Chiminazzo

Perhaps you should think before speaking. Ryan Leaf, Vince Young and Michael Vick all had the same thing in common: Natural talent. These are guys who got so used to being the best on the field with their god given abilities, that they didn't work on it. Contrast that with Peyton Manning. Someone who has such supreme control in his offense that even with 4 backups on offensive line, he willed them to a win against the Vikings. Why does he have such control? Because the guy lives in the film room. He isn't content being a top QB in the game. He's always striving to get better. For him, it's a labor of love. That is why he will be loved and revered in the annals of football history. He was willing to work at it and get better. If Vince really wanted to improve, he'd take his money and hire a QB coach in the offseason. He'd work harder to improve. He has the physical tools.
Hard work will always outperform high intelligence.
Ed made the wrong call. But it's not the reason they lost. The Broncos STILL had to score. Eddie Royal drops that two point pass in the end zone, this is a non story. He doesn't make the catch for the TD, this is a non story. Our defense should have done everything possible to prevent the win. I'm frustrated too.
The real SD fans should be questioning why Denver was even in that game. San Diego is supposed to have a top tier defense. Even last years' Pats didn't hang 31 on them in the AFC Championship game.
Kudos to Hochuli for apologizing. Don't worry Ed, I know you're human and not perfect.
Dropping someone who you said, "Is our starter" two games into the season reeks of coaching desperation. How is your 2nd round pick supposed to improve while constantly having to worry about losing his job? These guys have enough pressure on them to learn the playbook, without worrying about everything else. Give the guy a chance to fail. 2 games is hardly cause for concern.
This comes from someone who regularly roots for the Bolts.
Brian Mitchell

Because Charlie Weis has done a bangup job in South Bend. The 2 years the Irish put up a winning record post Ty won were with players recruited and developed by Ty. Now that Charlie has his own players in there, we see how "explosive" the Notre Dame offense looks, and how much of an "offensive genius" Weis is. Tom Brady is the ONLY reason Weis got a job in South Bend.
Idiots need to realize that it takes a college coach a good 2-4 years to get his system in place. Brian Mitchell is a tool. Who told him he could talk with men?

Only an idiot would lump in a large group of people based on a factor they can't control (skin color). However, I can call you an ****h0LE with impunity, because that's something you have control over. You're just choosing not to exercise said control. D0uchebag.
For those who want to blame him for the shooting, there were other adults involved. The guy who pulled the trigger is an adult with the free will God gave him. At the end of the day, he made the choice to "pull out his strap, and lay that busta down" (thank you Warren G). Although Jones started the melee, to blame him for the guy getting shot is like blaming a bouncer for kicking a guy out of the bar, and then that same guy drives drunk and kills someone.
We want Jones to take responsibility for his actions. Why do we not hold others to the same standard?
We have a President whose actions have led to deaths overseas. How is Jones' "make it rain" incident any worse? Both did something stupid, and people are injured (or dead) because of it.
I bet Michael Vick would rather be free and destitute, than jailed and rich.
Smith has gotten a raw deal. 4 Offensive Coordinators in 4 years. 4 new systems in 4 years. How can the Niners hope to be competitive when they keep bringing in new systems? Continuity is the name of the game. The Yorks have ruined my franchise. I don't get why you draft a QB #1 overall, and don't give him any threats at wideout. Davis has potential. But there needs to be more than Smith to Davis.
Chris Henry was available. Tons of wideouts in the 2nd round of this year's draft. ****?
O' Sullivan looks good, because he knows the system. Continuity. He's been in Martz's offense for the last two years. So naturally, he has a leg up. But he's not the long term answer. Smith could be.
He killed ANIMALS. Not people. He didn't take advantage of a woman against her will. He didn't beat his wife. Didn't drive drunk and kill someone's mother. He killed dogs that have a propensity for attacking people. Oh, and the gambling.
Nearly every state in the Union has a lottery. What's that about?
Your top receiver accelerates his rehab to come back and play in the biggest game your team has seen in this century. How do you repay him? Force him to sign an injury waiver. Yes friends. The "class" organization wanted their star receiver to play in the game, but if he got hurt, they didn't want to pay him. Can you see how that might have upset him a bit? Why he wanted more money? But all you hear is "TO destroyed the Eagles' season". Because they've done so well since then.
...we could make a thread just out of this

The comments on this board have been the best I've seen on FanNation. If there were an award, it would go to this guy hands down.

Well it sounds like you didn't make the decisions that Ryan Grant did to put himself into a position to earn that much. Dude, in your 50s and haven't earned 1.75 million lifetime? You're doing something wrong.
