This is a stupid proposal by an obvious Canucks fan. The Jackets can't score, so why would we trade our best scorer for another goalie?

First off I supplied a link, so reading it would be a start.
Secondly, here's a timeline to help you out.
The Cavaliers had a team option on Boozer and could have re-signed him for $695,000.
Boozer tells our ex-blind old man owner that he will re-sign with the team if they decline the option.
The Cavaliers agree to a deal to give Boozer their Mid-Level Exception and decline the team option.
Boozer becomes an unrestricted free agent and signs with the Utah Jazz instead.
Cavaliers fans create CarlosLoozer.com
Is that simplified enough for you?
I know we're close to Christmas and all, but "presents" ... really?
For all of you who say that Cleveland didnt screw over the Cavs you obviously are not from Ohio and don't know what you're talking about. The Cavs MADE Boozer an unrestricted free agent ONLY because Boozer agreed to sign with Cleveland through their Mid-Level Exception. Cleveland made him a free agent because Boozer promised he would come back, only to screw over a BLIND owner. Big man Carlos to fool a blind guy.

And please don't compare Cleveland's pass rush to the Giants last season. Let's not be too quick to annoint Shaun Rogers, a guy who was run off his team for not trying, and Corey Williams, a sixth or seventh round pick the Pack didn't even mind losing, before they do anything of consequence. The Browns have upside, but they also have a lot of areas that you can really question or see them becoming big weaknesses.
Finally let's not forget, if we had a poll among the league on who will regress the most this year at every position, I think D.A. and Jamal Lewis would be pretty high on those lists... they're far from sure things.
That being said I agree that the Steelers won't do anything of consequence either, and smart money is on the two deepest teams in the NFL, Dallas and New England, in the Super Bowl.
As a fan of the TRIBE for over 20 year..let me talk a little slower so YOU can comprende....
1) If your short attention span allowed you to do so, notice that I said the Indians have talent.
2) Delucci missed most of the 2nd half of the season with hamstring surgery and is not a given to return to form.
3) Michaels struggled at the plate, and is better platooning.
4) Choo is also reovering from Tommy John surgery, which MOST players take over a season to fully recovery from.
1) If Casey Blake gets hurt, who plays 3b? Marte?
2) Who plays center if Grady gets hurt? How do you make up for his offensive loss?
3)There is very little support for the middle infield. Peralty and Cabrera are great, but Josh Barfield has yet to prove that he can hit effectively.

1. The Indians have talent.... did I say otherwise??? I objected to your "no depth" comment
2. Delucci isn't given to return to form? He could have played last year but there was no rush because the Tribe had enough OFs already.
3. Michaels is better platooning.... Well it's good we have 6 OFs Then lol. I believe I already addressed this when I talked about Michaels being a better lefty hitter.
4. Choo isn't needed at all right away. He should be fine if the Indians actually do have to call on him later in the year.
1. Jhonny Peralta or Andy Marte play 3rd. Boy it sounds like I've already addressed half of your points. Peralta to 3rd, Asdrubal SS, Barfield-Carroll 2nd.
2. IF GRADY GETS HURT???? OMG. Let's take Pujols off STL and see if they have the depth to replace him. Lets take AROD off the Yanks and see if they can replace him. You're telling me the Tribe don't have DEPTH BECAUSE THEY CANT REPLACE A GRADY SIZEMORE. WHO CAN???
3. Peralta, Asdrubal, Carroll, Gomez, and even Inglett can play in the middle infield.
Nice comeback attempt but you didnt really make any point that meant anything. Although trying to make it sound like I thought the Tribe didn't have talent was a good try. The whole issue was how you say the Indians have no depth, and to say that because they cant replace a Grady Sizemore, wow thats ridiculous.
I have watched him suck in Columbus for long enough, and he and Foote eat up too much of the cap.
THE TRUTH | 02/14/08, 01:31 PM
Are you kidding me??? You obviously have no idea what you are talking about.
The Tribe are 8+ deep with starting pitchers, CC, Fausto, Byrd, Westbrook, Laffey, Lee, Sowers, and uber-prospect Adam Miller.
One of their most impressive playoff relievers, Tom Mastny, will be in the minors.
The Tribe have 6 Outfielders that can play in the majors: Grady and Gutierrez are locks, Delucci is back from injury, Michaels is a great lefty hitter, Shin Soo Choo is a stud waiting for his shot, and Ben Francisco led the minors in batting average.
The Indians also have 3 solid players who play 1st: Hafner, Garko, and Victor.
The Tribe have 2 solid catchers, which VERY FEW teams can say in Victor and Shoppach.
3rd base is Casey Blake and super prospect Andy Marte, and possibly Jhonny Peralta.
SS is Peralta, and young stud Asdrubal Cabrera.
2B is Cabrera, and yet another big prospect Josh Barfield.
Oh yeah, and they also have utility men in Chirs Gomez who hit over .300 for Cleveland and Baltimore last year.
And newest utility man Josh Carroll who was a major player for the Rockies last year.
AND the Tribe have one of the best farm systems in baseball.
So..... HOW DO THE INDIANS HAVE NO DEPTH?????
Do some research before you say absolute nonsense and embarrass yourself.
