Well I would have to disagree there... I am not a Bama man, but a Dawg. The way I see it is when you win the last 2 natty's and are undefeated, you get the benefit of the doubt until someone beats you.

I dont think it will be Dawgs by 21, but I do think Dawgs win. I think the 2 teams are overall pretty equal - our offense is better than theirs, their defense is better than ours. But given the fact that its in Athens, and we are already battle tested having played 2 top 10 teams (at the time anyway) I think we are ready for this one...

I tried to fill in for you PDX (although I probably did a poor job, sorry !). Id have to agree with ya that Clumpson is more worrisome than south cackalacky - when we get taken to the woodshed, or some nastiness occurs in a game - we tend to come back the next years game with a vengence (see Aubie 2011 and 2012) so I think we will be ready to play that one. LUS to me is still unknown so I dont know if I should be worried a lot or a little.
Just to get things rolling.... for you Clumpson fans, what does IPTAY stand for ? Its probation time again y'all !

Actually I dont necessarily disagree with the call... we had been moving down the field pretty well up to that point. Now, I havent watched all Bama games so a Bama fan could/should clarify, but they way I saw it Bama;s D plays better when it can set itself/sub. Oh well - its water under the bridge at this point. I hope we both make it back to the dome and can strap it up again !

All starters (and if memory serves me, which is a BIG if...) all notable back-ups also return this year.
Posted Friday July 19, 2013, About: The SEC's best offense
Just to clarify... :)
we lost a ton on defense, bringing back all but 2 starters on offense (and the people stepping in for departed offensive players had extensive pt last year).
Happy Friday.... is it kick off time yet ? If not is it at least happy hour ???? throw this dawg a bone !

A big thumbs up from Dawg nation

Actually what AM should do is take a page out of the longest yard - first down.... dont even try to block him, AM zings one right in the groin. 2nd down, same play. Hey it worked in the movie !

I was thinking the same thing (not that it was "a plan" but that now we have room for Herschels nephew)
Posted Friday May 31, 2013, About: Georgia suspends Harvey-Clemons for opener
Well knowing UGA's drug policy, they probably would have tested him and when it came back positive..... (plus he would have really ticked coach Richt off by lying to him).

Not quite..... the benchwarmer had been in trouble a few times in the past, this was just the last straw.

Why would we do that ? You need us much more than we need you....

Another tidbit to ponder.... I read in one of the articles that she is actually an Auburn grad herself.

But SCar is probably the worst in the conference (academics). Have any of you ever been to SCar ? scary place....
Posted Friday January 11, 2013, About: Jadeveon Clowney teases South Carolina
Well I dont think he's anywhere close to getting a degree.... rumor is he isnt all that bright upstairs (to the point that there were doubts he could get into ANY college to begin with). I am being kind with the previous statement....
But hey, with that kind of talent if they can keep you in school long enough to use your eligibility you only have to be smart enough to hire a good agent, and financial planner (oops ! guess a majority of nfl flunked that one !).
Posted Thursday January 10, 2013, About: How many players are leaving 'Bama?
Well I was for awhile.... after the SECCG I was so drained I thought I actually played in it ! (of course I didnt, one play and they'd be scraping me off the turf with a snow shovel). But I did get over it, we gave it our best shot. But DARN ! seeing that game Mon night couldnt help but think we would have done the same thing ( to a lesser extent) if we were there.
Oh well, we'll see if we can rebuild our D and get back to the SECCG and most likely play....Bama.

Any team that loses to Middle Tenn. State has no business in ANY bowl game,,,,
Posted Tuesday November 27, 2012, About: Should 6-7 Georgia Tech go bowling?
Well Tech should feel right at home then ! They offer free hot dogs and cokes to get people to go to their games already !

Yep, and they lost to their other FCS oppknent (Middle Tenn St.)
Posted Monday November 26, 2012, About: UGA's Rambo on Alabama: 'We're more talented'
Dawg fan here (I havent posted enough for you all to remember me yet !), and I have to agree with this. Talent wise I think it should be a darned good game, have to give advantage to Bama coaches, also Bama does the fundamentals very well, doesnt run their mouths, etc... (goes back to coaching). We got away with turnovers and stupid pers. foul penalties against the Gators (thanks to their own turnovers) - we wont get away with that junk against Bama.
If we play our game and avoid TO and stupid penalties then we can give them a run (not predicting a victory, but could go either way). I just wish our players would shut their pie hole sometimes..... let your actions on the field do your talking for you !
