At least Kerry is trying something. Where's yer boy Bushie? Oh yeah that's right, corporate greed and cronyism rule the day! Have fun filling up at the pump, that's just good 'ol fashioned capitalism! Except that when Clinton was President, we didn't have ridiculously high gas prices, and don't give me this line about Middle East instability, the Middle East has been unstable since the beginning of time, back when cavemen threw rocks at each other and they're still throwing rocks to this day, sheesh. Seriously I'm a Giants fan and I want to see this game and for one game I shouldn't have to switch to Direct TV or go to some over-crowded bar to wait 45 mins just to get served a freaking beer.

I don't disagree with some of the statements being made on here but do remember this, the SF Giants are the same team that swapped Francisco Liriano, Joe Nathan and Boof Bonser to the Twins for A.J. Pierzynski a few years back. Do I think the Yanks will get Lincecum or Cain for Matsui? Probably not. Lowry and a reliever in return wouldn't be terrible, but if they could ever get one of those two studs from the Giants for Matsui, it would be quite the steal. And they can have Jason Giambi too, to make up for Bonds in so many different ways.

Why do people kill Buck Showalter? He only lead the Yankees back to respectability and re-shaped the organization. He was a great talent evaluator in the Bronx, especially with bringing in character guys and cultivating the farm system. His teams overachieved in NY, they had the best record in the AL before the strike in 1994. I don't know why Buck gets such a bad rap, he's one of my favorite managers!

This is so stupid and harmless, nothing vicious was done by Duncan. It was all done in just and all in good fun. I'm a Yankee fan and if Jason Varitek signed his autograph on a ball for me and wrote Yankees suck, I could care less... geez God forbid anyone be allowed to joke around anymore.

Bonds is an insecure, bitter, jealous person. He is this era's "Ty Cobb." Much in the way that Cobb was jealous of Ruth. Bonds was jealous of Bobby Bo getting a huge deal with the Mets and he left the Pirates to sign with the Giants. Bonds was also jealous of Griffey for years because Griffey was being heralded as player of the '90's over Bonds. Then Bonds was jealous of Sosa and McGwire and so he decided to get roided up. Now he's already jealous of A-Rod because people are already talking about him being the all-time HR king down the road, even before Bonds "breaks" Aaron's record. Grow up Barry, you could've had it all but you got selfish and greedy, we baseball fans would've been more than welcome to share your success with you but you blew it, I hope you really thought all this steroid garbage was worth it because you'll have to live with that stain on your legacy forever.
