The Cubs need a superstar added to the roster. They have a future superstar, Starlin Castro, but they need someone to complement him. They need to get rid of the baggage contracts with the older players not producing. They need to find bullpen help, someone to get them to the 8th and 9th to set up Wood and Marmol. There starting rotation needs a lot of help. They have one started with and ERA under 4. They don't even have a set 5th starter. They need a major overhaul, either in management or the players they but on the field.
