Every Year since 2000 the Yanks have the highest payroll. But they havn't won it all. I am a Red SOX fan so Of course I HATE THEM. Objectively speaking though. I think the Yanks problem other than letting Torre go which was a Jackass move , Is signing the WRONG players to big contracts. A-Rod was not a winner before he came to N.Y. so why would he be a winner in pinstripes, same with Pavano , Jared Wright , even Giambi. They were on the right path when they signed Johnny Demon I mean Damon lol..He had WON before , and Sabathia and Teixira are still under evaluation. Beacause as a Yankee it matters not what you do in the Regular season, Only October counts. So If they make the playoffs which I think the Sox and Yanks both will. Then we will see If they picked the right Players to spend thier dough on. In the end it still comes down to player evaluation and your Farm System. So don't get Mad Yankee Haters. Let N.Y. spend thier money it has gotten them nowhere but spinning wheels. I doubt they will win it all this year unless they can get Halladay. Because in the end Boys and Girls Pitching, clutch hitting and astute Managing wins Championships. Ask Jeter and Posada the last of the TRUE Yankees!

Jordan Didn't, Magic Didn't , Bird Didn't ,Isaiah Didn't , Olajuwon didn't , Dr. J Didn't , and Neither Did Tim Duncan because If you are going to Say that David" First Ballot Hall of Fame" Robinson is not Great or that Parker and Ginobili is not then you are dilussional. Duncan for his Career is better than KG but not by much so give it a rest Buddy. Stop Hating!
