Posted Monday November 23, 2009, About: How bad is Big Ben's concussion?
He got hurt trying to run the ball, not passing. And Dixon has thrown one NFL pass and is very far off as far as mechanics are concerned. As for everything else you said, you're just dumb.

Maybe the Pirates can make a pitch at him? No? Dammit.
Posted Monday November 16, 2009, About: Will Pats fans forgive Belichick gaffe?
Yep, well there's the possibility that that doesn't happen. And the fact Belicheck didn't really respect all of the possible outcomes is what gets me. His decision was far more dangerous, as he knows now, then punting the ball away and playing good defense.
Posted Monday November 16, 2009, About: Will Pats fans forgive Belichick gaffe?
No, the much safer option is punting and playing defense. Hanson would've put the Colts anywhere around the 30-40. The Colts have one time out and roughly 1:50 to drive 60-70 yards and a field goal doesn't cut it. Now which one looks better? Colts on the Pats 28 and going in or Colts on their own 30-40 needing a td to win? Just because Belichick called the play, doesn't mean its brilliant, its ok to admit that.

The whole point is simple. You don't want to turn the ball over in that scenario to any offense, let alone the offense led by arguably the best quarterback in the league. Your offense shouldn't have to make a 4th and 2. Minus Welker's 8 yard reception, they didn't have a single positive play on that drive. All signs in that situation point to punting and playing defense for a 1:50.

Obviously, 4th down is never a guaranteed conversion. So you have to have that in the back of your mind. Do you REALLY want to turn the ball over deep in your own territory to Peyton Manning late in the 4th? Risky gamble to me. Chris Hanson was punting well and I'd much rather have the Colts take over around their own 30 then on mine. They were passed the 2 minute warning and only had one time out left. What's that saying to your defense? Bad Call, any way you roll it.

More likely game over if they punt the ball and play good defense. Serves him right. His "greatest coach ever" syndrome got the best of him.

Posted Wednesday September 23, 2009, About: Plaxico breaks into tears
I was trying to compare the time they spent in jail for, basically, what they did.

Did Vick kill dogs? Ya, he did.

Did Stallworth kill someone? Ya, he did.

Did Burress shoot himself in the leg? Ya, he did.

I, at no point, stated what they were LEGALLY convicted of. Get off your high horse buddy.
Posted Wednesday September 23, 2009, About: Plaxico breaks into tears
How so? Vick's initial sentence was 2 years. He got some time off for good behavior, half way house, construction job etc etc. Stallworth was in jail for 24 days. Initially supposed to be 30. No driver's license, paid settlement. Burress is supposed to get 2 years. So in a round about way, ya, I was right.
Posted Wednesday September 23, 2009, About: Plaxico breaks into tears
Mike Vick - Killing dogs: 2 years

Donte Stallworth - Killing a person: 24 days

Plaxico Burress - Shooting himself incidentally : 2 years

What's wrong here?

My buddy told me about this rumor last night during the Steeler game. Me being drunk for most of the game, ate it up like fact. It looks like a good deal on paper.

Not to mention, Letang is being molded to replace Gonch I think. With his offensive point play and manning the PP at times.

This lady is the classic definition of a gold digger. She frantically attempting a last ditch effort to get some cash. If anyone has been following this case, Roethlisberger's attorneys have dug up numerous accounts that show her as the money mongering w*ore she is.

Haha oh its possible. I've hooked the **** out of myself before.
Posted Friday August 07, 2009, About: Crabtree threatens to re-enter draft
Crabtree is another whiney wide receiever. He got picked 10th, not 7th, not 3rd. Deal with it. This guy thinks he's God's gift to football or something. This is why there needs to be a rookie pay scale.

Ya, we can build on that I suppose.

I remember the games in the mid 90's were always fun to watch. I went to the playoff game in '94 (I think that was the year) and witnessed the hatred these two teams had for eachother first hand. I was young at the time, so my dad explained to me how much these teams hated eachother. Today, the games don't generate near as much buzz. You look at the players they have on offense, and its hard to believe that they are so bad.
