...without a doubt...he won't go hungry...but what was he thinkin'? ....
Posted Sunday September 07, 2008, About: Knicks-Grizzlies trade in works
...bravesfan has it right - it would be for milicic and jaric...milicic welcomes the trade....(randolph probably does too)...and jaric won't playing much in memphis behind mayo, conley, crittenton, and lowry....

...monta, monta, monta...sure hope whatever you were doing was worth it......in a worst case scenario the warriors are financially off the hook.......
Posted Sunday September 07, 2008, About: Houston coming back to Knicks?
...as far as playing again, alan needs to give it up. he might could get five minutes of garbage time and take a three-pointer or two in a game, but he will never be able to contribute in a meaningful way...why tarnish the image?...but that begs the question, if the knicks are willing to consider him for a front-office role, where's ewing in all of this? do the knicks not want ewing, or are his demands and expectations simply too high? what about offering a job to your team's icon?....

...they are both trying to correct past deals that didn't work out...this deal may actually help both teams this time....
Posted Tuesday September 02, 2008, About: Is Outlaw in Blazers' future?
... i would rate outlaw above webster...much more dynamic player... i figure outlaw starts at small forward and webster comes off the bench...he's earned it....

Posted Saturday August 30, 2008, About: Nash skeptical of Suns' plan
...dragic is good, an up-and-coming decision-making point guard. his rights were/are owned by tau ceramica, a powerhouse team in spain, but he didn't play for them last season. he was loaned to union olimpija, another decent team, to get playing time cause he couldn't get court time with tau....

... that's emergency , sorry...i need another cup of coffee.....
Posted Saturday August 30, 2008, About: Nash skeptical of Suns' plan
...sarver has probably told porter that in an emercency maybe porter could suit up and take the court for a few minutes...all to save a buck....Pargo would've been perfect......
Posted Saturday August 30, 2008, About: Heat may add center soon
...there's nothing wrong with signing magloire to be your third center. he was an allstar a few years ago, he coaches up younger players, and isn't found shooting up clubs at 3:00 in the morning. but that's not the point. the heat don't need a third center - they need a starting center. riley's moves are like window dressing just so they can say in the papers that they're busy. mark blount, joel anthony, and david padgett are your bench centers, already. do something important.....
Posted Saturday August 30, 2008, About: Nash skeptical of Suns' plan
...which leads us back to the fact that nash will have precious little help at point this season. they seem to have accepted that barbosa is not a decision-making point and will use him at shooting guard this year. dragic is good, but untried at this level, yet they are heavily counting on him heavily this year, handing him the backup role right off the bat. he is too untested, i think. sean singletary was picked up from houston as the third point, but he wont help...nash is right to be concerned...
Posted Saturday August 30, 2008, About: West, Magic to induct Riley
...in rileys defense (which you will almost never see from me), i admired his ability to take the players he had and play to their strengths, instead of forcing unsuitable players into a rigid system. when he had run-and-gun showtime talent, they ran. then he comes east to the knicks and plays tough, halfcourt, in-your-face eastern basketball. then he moves to the heat and takes a couple of stars and a cast of role players and wins there too. his flaw was in blowing up things in miami so irresponsibly by letting all the "glue" players leave. then he steps out of the way, but when van gundy started winning, riley pushed him out of the way so he could hog the limelight again. low class. and lately some of his moves have been downright loony......

...wow. voskuhl. i'm sure heat fans will be relieved to know riley is really working the phone lines overtime........poor dwyane.......
Posted Sunday August 17, 2008, About: Why Heat didn't land Artest
Dear Pat Riley, I thought I'd save you the trouble of a phone call and just let you know I'm not interested in trading LeBron for Dorrell Wright at this time.
signed,
Danny Ferry
Posted Wednesday July 16, 2008, About: Chalmers to start for Heat?
...please, pat riley, do not try to "fix" the situation by bringing in a problem like tinsley. with beasley, marion and wade, all chalmers needs to do is keep it simple, dont turn it over, and get out of the way. anything else is a bonus...
Posted Tuesday June 24, 2008, About: Suspended Melo wants loyalty
...no questioning his talent. phenomenal skills. and hes also a suckerpunching, repeat-dui, repeat potbust, pout-in-the-olympics, maturity-of-a-12-year-old spoiled brat. did i leave anything out??
Posted Sunday June 22, 2008, About: Carmelo demands Nuggets meeting
...and billups-prince for anthony sounds like a good deal for both clubs. the nuggets will never trade him cause they feel they have to get kobe or lebron type compensation for him, and hes just not worth it....
