Well, when your minor affiliates are terrible and you dont want to trade your young stars that you have on your pro roster, then thats all you get is Bryce Salvador. I mean, Cam Jansen averages about 3 minutes per game, so the trade was a good one. The Devils need to focus on drafting scorers, not defense. They have enough. It will be 2nd round and out for my Devils.

Johnny should be the one going out the door. He is terrible. Greene is too. If it were me, I would send Oduya packing. I watch ALL of the Devil games and Oduya is always out of position, he gets nervous when he has the puck and is too small to play in front of the net. Colin White and Paul Martin are taking the beatings from the big forwards that come in the middle. The Devils need to get bigger at the blue line.

Jagr is awesome, no doubt about it. I think some teams have problems putting 3 stars on the same line. Jagr should be paired with Gomez and whoever is the top scorer on the team. From watching alot of their games, Jagr gets double teamed alot and has nobody to pass the puck to that can shoot. If they trade him, Dallas would be a great fit.

The Devils NEED an offensive defensiveman and size. Johnny Oduya and Andy Greene should be trade bait, as should be Aron Asham. I would like to see Rob Blake come in and maybe someone like Sheldon Souray.
