If you read Bucky's full story he outlines the most crucial items needed in a good QB and then goes on to talk about how good Johnny is in each of those categories. Basically he is saying that as a second year starter in college football, he needs some work to be in the elite pro status.. and he thinks this is news? It appears to me to be a headline and story to attract attention to Bucky and it worked.. I read it.
Carroll doesn't have a good track record when it comes to playing by the rules. At least he is smart enough not to call out other cheaters lest he get caught again.
No, this is about the "winning rule" where a coach who has proven himself to coach winners is given a shot to bigger and better things. Sumlin has a pretty decent record of winning in unexpected places. Sorry you are looking at the color of his skin and not his record. Can't think of too many coaches right now that would be overlooked compared to him.. but maybe you can name some?
Saban reminds me of a younger Mac Brown.. along with all the hype. Let's look at what Mac is doing for his team now, so we can see the future of the Tide in a few years.
I can see Danny Devitto playing this guy in a movie. "Wait wait wait wait wait, I gotta another one, hey listen guys, I got another one, you're gonna love this one, hey guys, you listening?"
I could take the time to explain to you about the move to Atlanta and then back, but I would prefer to suggest that if you are this much out of the loop, that it is best you stop commenting on NHL post.
Was this a proposition from you? Are you wanting him to do things unspoken to Harry Crack? It sounds like you are a bit too lonely and looking for a sugar daddy.
Remember when all the reports like this one were about USC last year? There is a cycle for everything and the tides are sometimes high and sometimes low... Alabama should be preparing for the low tide very soon. I remember the dominating school teams of the Huskers the Wolverines, the Buck Eyes, the Trojans... in their high tide, they got all the top recruits and were thought to be unstoppable...Bama is no different.
Maybe A Rod would like to be in the HOF, but I am guessing the hundreds of millions of dollars he has collected with sooth the pain. As Pete Rose has proven, you can keep a man out of the hall of fame, but you can't erase his record, and A Rod will always be written about for as long as baseball survives.
Any and every athlete will push the boundaries as far as the overseeing rules committee will let them. You cannot blame the athlete. That is like asking a wide receiver to call a missed catch on himself... you let the officials review the play and make the decision and if they miss it, it's to bad for the officials. For MLB to suddenly become holier than thou on something they clearly knew was a problem is some what hypocritical.
I have to agree with you on this one. MLB suffered after the strike and needed these "super human" stars to bring attention back to their league. It is always easy to look back and hiss and forget that as viewers and fans, we all pretty much knew it and accepted it too.
Note to next the Raiders PR executive: Mark Davis has never and will never make a poor decision, his father was not crazy. Any and all mistakes made now and in the future will be due to the fact that the PR department failed to do their job. Your Dear Leader will be sending out new directives every day and you will post them to the website. Please inform the rest of the league that the raiders will be testing their long range missiles next week.
Rex is trying reverse psychology this time.. all the other years he used this time to brag about how unbeatable his teams were.. super bowl baby, super bowl. lol
I admit to being a die hard husker fan, and have a distinct dislike for what Callahan did to our Huskers. For some reason I have the feeling you aren't all that familiar with the Huskers, or you wouldn't have made those statements. The cornhusker offense did not improve under Callahan, it was changed to a west coast offense and although we had more passing yards we did nothing on the ground. We fired Solich for losing 9 games. That boneheaded AD who fired(Peterson) sought to erase the memory of Tom and Frank, and is now at Pitt trying to undo the harm he cause when arriving there and stirring things up.
Looking into my crystal ball I see this recruit driving to his one class each day in a gold rimmed Cadillac Escalade sporting a big Auburn decal on the rear window.
Can anyone name me a team that Bill Callahan has helped in the last 10 years? He certainly didn't help the Jets and the Cowboys didn't look that impressive.. but now rumor has it that he will be calling the plays? LOL, this is going to be funny!

Raiders: Old crazy dad dies and they replace him with young fat son.
