T-Jack a better Qb, not gonna happen. Sorry he is done career back up at best. Brett has proven just how bad Jackson is. Even if Jackson had been a marginal Qb they would not have gone and pulled Favre from the grasp of the AARP.

2nd Get a Qb who has the desire and work ethic to play in the NFL

3rd trade out of 1st round for additional picks

4th stop trading away your high first round picks on players in the last year of their contracts.

5th hire the best personell guy in the league

6th hire the best H.C. avaiable and instill some disipline and pride in the players, office, coaches and fans.

7th hope for some luck in drafting players
