Tebow might beg to differ...

Gotta agree. Very old rivalry and a cool game to talk about, but outside of Army and Navy alums, who is seriously going to watch this game or care who wins. Yes I respect the players on both teams massively. They have committed to protecting all of us for years to come. But if I am watching a rivalry game, I want one that's actually meaningful.

How one of Florida vs Florida State, Florida vs Georgia or Florida State vs Miami doesn't make either list is beyond me. All 3 have had national title implications going back decades.

Yep. And the Pats haven't won crap since Vinetari left...

So the Pats and their 3 SB wins are better than Pittsburgh or San Fran and their 4 wins? Would love to hear the reasoning there. Hell San Fran won 5 in 12 years. FIVE.

Pats had 3 Super Bowl wins. Same with Dallas. So how exactly can you rank those 2 ahead of 2 teams that won 4 Super Bowls exactly...

Are you high? I can't stand Bama. BUT...Bama's AD has said very loudly in the press that Bama would play Boise State anytime at a location of Boise State's choosing. All Boise State has to do is pick up the phone. So who is ducking who exactly? And, let's just say that Bama is in fact ducking Boise State. Why hasn't Boise State scheduled Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, LSU, USC, etc etc etc. Top teams my ass.

Left keeps pointing out how Beamer has "dominated" the ACC. That's nice and all. But beating up on the likes of NC, NC State, Duke and Virginia on an annual basis isn't exactly impressive. Beamer loes bare minimum 2-3 games a year. Put a team like Bama in the ACC. They'd clean house (and beat the hell out of VT to boot). Consistently losing 2-3 games every year, then getting creamed in bowl games isn't a great job. Would get most coaches fired in conferences like the Big-12, Pac-12 or SEC.

Women's sports? Which ones exactly? Several womens sports are doing as well (if not better) than they ever have....

Funny that you bashed everyone that quoted you, except for me. As I predicted (in post 17), your getting creamed in this TD. And whom exactly pays you for your confused sports opinion? All of us here would like to know , so that we can avoid reading such trash. And no offense, but don't say "well I'm Jon Gruden" because we all know your not.
Think you missed the boat there a bit. Terminator 4 is already out...
Posted Tuesday June 12, 2012, About: I'm so confused...where did all the brainpower go?
I am gonna go ahead and clear it all up for Gruden. Hmm let's see....

Miami and Oklahoma city are both so good, that they will play in the finals and....one of them will win!

The world series will happen, likely between 2 baseball teams.

The Super Bowl will be played (and have to many commercials).....And no team from Ohio will be there (Cleveland and Cincy I'm looking at you).

Tonight it will get dark (except in northern Alaska....gotta make sure my predictions are accurate, or Gruden might lose his mind...)

Well yeah, hope we got that all cleared up.

Oh and I predict Gruden will lose this TD. Likely by alot. LOL

Miami got left off of both lists totally. Hahahahaha!

So far as Belechick/Brady. If left wants to go that route....

How do Chuck Knoll and Terry Bradshaw not make the list? 4 Super Bowls together....

Or Bill Walsh and Montana and their 3 Super Bowls (and the groundwork for a 4th the year after Walsh retired)...

Or Phil Jackson and Jordan (Or Jackson and Shaq/Kobe). None of these guys won a championship without Phil.

Or Bobby Cox and anybody from the Braves. I mean the guy did get his team to the playoffs every year for over a decade...

Jeter/Torre...

Ruth and Gehrig is a no brainer for top of either list. 1,207 homers between the 2 of them and they were the heart of what is widely considered the best offense in baseball history.

How do these combos get left off...

Johnson/Abdul-Jabbar
Bird/Parish
Mantle/Maris
Gretzky/Messier
Jim Kelly/Andre Reed
Smotlz/Maddux/Glavine

That's a list full of hall of famers. And left picks Reggie Bush and Matt Leinert? LOLOLOL
Posted Wednesday March 28, 2012, About: Greatest 1-2 punches in sports
Just what I was going to say. Left went as far as to pick Matt Leinart and Reggie Bush and ignored anything further back than about 1990. Guess sports didn't exist before then. Both of these guys are 25 and under I'd imagine...

Couldn't agree more. Manning is 1 bad sneeze away from being out for the year. Then who's going to come in? Brady Quinn? LOL

No offense but did you not watch CJ Wilson the last 2-3 years? Yes he's a very good pitcher. And yes he pretty well fell off the map in September each year. Whether it was a tired arm or what I don't know, but as someone who has watched a ton of Ranger games the last 3 years, I can tell you the Rangers aren't crying over losing CJ.

A guy that's an L.A. fan picking the Angels to win. Go figure.
