Perhaps Manning to Baltimore? Not sure what their cap space and contract with Flacco is like, but apart from a decent last game, he doesn't appear to be a lock for the longterm face of the franchise. Why not add a QB that will make them instant SB favourites for the next 3-4 years (imagine Manning in addition to their defense! Plus, some of their defensive stars are aging and can't wait for Flacco or another propect to develop).

And if Irsay really wants to stick the knife into the face of the franchise for the last decade, I would call Manning to Baltimore sweet revenge on sooo many levels.
