Posted Monday February 27, 2012, About: Is Braun a cheater?
The guy's a cheater. Had he not been considered one of the chosen ones, he would have been hanged like the others who were caught and suspended. If he ever makes a trip to Yankee Stadium I hope they let him have it mercilessly. The guy has the nerve to act like a victim when he should be grateful that he was able to buy off that lousy 'arbitrator.'

To the posters above: I guess only white Europeans can be Canadians, huh? Sucks to have to tolerate other cultures infringing on " your" space, doesn't it? I wonder how the REAL natives feel about you. Also, the intent doesn't matter. The perception does. As soon as I read the headline, I knew the meaning and the intent, whether you think it was implied or not. You cannot convince me that it was by pure coincidence that they happened to choose those words. Tried to get cute and got fired. Just desserts.
Posted Monday February 20, 2012, About: Lancelot, there's an Asian man in your suit of armor!
Some idiot at ESPN thought he could get away with something stupid and got burned. Unless you have had your head in the sand and you are a total moron, there is no way on Earth you could not think it would be offensive. Hope he got a quick dismissal. It's 2012 not 1912. Time to get with the times.
Posted Saturday February 11, 2012, About: Eli is not in same class as brady, peyton, brees and rodgers!
Eli is great when it counts. He's beaten Favre, Rodgers, Brady twice and Romo several times in elimination games. Says a lot to me.
Posted Friday January 27, 2012, About: The National League will adopt the DH.
The DH is an allure to guys who can't field as well as in their younger years and it allows players whose bodies are breaking down to put less wear and tear on themselves. The NL prides itself on being a more traditional form of the sport, I believe, so I can't see them adopting it. I really hope it never happens.
Posted Saturday January 14, 2012, About: Yankees are back on top in the AL.
Don't know how the other guy got any votes without even so much as a semi-tangible argument. He (?) should have been disqualified or something.
Posted Saturday January 14, 2012, About: Yankees are back on top in the AL.
Back on top?! They never relinquished that spot in the first place.
Posted Tuesday December 06, 2011, About: The BCS got it right, stop complaining
Alabama had their shot. They do not deserve to play for the BCS championship after losing to LSU at home. This stinks badly.
Posted Saturday November 26, 2011, About: Verlander should not have won MVP
There were quite a few everyday players more deserving than Verlander. Besides, I'm still mad about Clemens getting it over Mattingly in 1986.
Posted Friday October 14, 2011, About: Aaron Rodgers is a better quarterback than Tom Brady
Maybe we can send Sanchez to be his waterboy and learn how a real QB operates.
Posted Friday October 14, 2011, About: Aaron Rodgers is a better quarterback than Tom Brady
I hate Tom Brady - but only because he so good and he doesn't play for a N.Y. team. No doubt he is the best. I vote right.
The Giants are still ahead and better than the two losers in Dallas and Philly. Every year they talk about a Super Bowl and either don't make the playoffs or flame out in the first round. The Giants lost but they are still above in the standings.
Posted Thursday September 29, 2011, About: The Yankees lost on purpose to spite the Red Rox
They led 7-0 and the Rays came back. When they put in the Proctologist you just knew things would turn out shi*ty. Boston's out so who cares?!
The Lakers have won 2 without Shaq and he hasn't won any without Kobe. Hakeem had lesser all-around talent on his teams but they went back to back. The dearth of great centers recently is one thing which has made Shaq look even greater. He's also left a lot of points at the free-throw line.
Man, I can't decide. I was all for Shaq until I saw the defensive stats and FT percentage for Olajuwon. I think the head-to-head battle in 1995 says a lot but Shaq was young and raw. Still...
Posted Saturday February 05, 2011, About: Pettitte to the HOF?
I'm a Yankees fan but Pettitte's not even close to being a hall of famer in my opinion.
Posted Tuesday January 25, 2011, About: Jay Cutler Shouldn't be Criticized for This
Cutler dogged it. He wasn't even trying to root on his teammates. He wanted to be anywhere (Santa Claus, Indiana, perhaps?) except in that game. I vote right.
Posted Thursday January 20, 2011, About: The Jets and Rex Ryan are good for the NFL.
f-c-u-k the Patriots. Woo yeah!!!!!
Posted Thursday January 20, 2011, About: The Jets and Rex Ryan are good for the NFL.
Left, easily. And another thing, **** the Patriots. Woo haah!
Posted Thursday January 20, 2011, About: The Jets and Rex Ryan are good for the NFL.
That game was the highest-rated NFL Divisional Playoff game in over 15 years, I believe. There's a reason for that. And another thing...skrew the Patriots. Bet people up there are still in shock. What a GREAT week this has been. Go Jets!!!!!
Bye Bye Patsies. Maybe Rex Ryan will foot the bill (pun intended)for you guys to come and watch the Jets play in the AFC Championship. Bwahahaha!
