thomas is nuts if he thinks he is going to make the olympic roster in 2014 pulling this. He is going to have to showcase himself against a half dozen YOUNGER goalies, and it won't be in a bruins sweater. and mike smith can shut his mouth, the guy has been a back up his whole professional career and this year was a flash in the pan. He's like a kicker in football, you can only speak when spoken to, you wouldn't of had the year you had if you weren't 6'5'' and take up the whole net.

im not sold on smith, the guy is massive that's why he is a decent goalie. He's been a backup his whole career, and is now thriving in an area where people didn't know what ice looked like until the playoffs started. But now the pressure is building in him and his true talent is coming to the surface.
