Knew this was coming. RR should have put the second guy in earlier in the game to throw the defense off, and then re-inserted Forcier. Someday the media will acknowledge the reason a backup has success is that they havn't gameplanned to stop him. That's the beauty of the ol wildcat formation too.

Good Old Deion. The same guy who wouldn't let his godson come to FSU because the program was headed in the wrong direction. The same guy who works with Canes like Hester instead of FSU guys. The same guy who is screwing up eligibility of OSU players. Come to think of it Deion, stay away.
Still not sure who ESPN thinks they are drawing in by putting this guy on the air, and of course NFL network just copies whatever stupid thing ESPN does.

Just like they contend that OSU is the team to beat in the big 10 every year and relevant to the national title every year. Well since all the players are pop-warner level, why shouldnt the offense be? Problem with defensive-minded head coaches is they actually believe defense wins championships. They base this on the fact that teams that wins championship had a good defense. They should make football coaches and sportswriters pass a logic test.

Its like saying Coaches are good because they spent a long time in the NFL. Just because a good coach will spend a long time int he NFL, doesn't mean a coach like Jauron or Wannie is any good. It just means owners are inbred idiots who inherited a bunch of wealth.

I hate favre, but since when does what T-Jack or Sage think matter? Further, what does the opinion of the 30 guys who will be cut matter? They support Sage because Farve took one more roster spot. You all should be mad at ESPN for propogating this nonsense.

Last week T-Jack threw a pass five yards past the line of scrimmage. He stinks. He has gotten more sympathy than aaron rodgers who had to strain his poor self to say the right things last year. Big deal. Who cares?

You are not entitled to a job. If you can't win the job you sit on the bench. It doesn't matter if you are Anquan, or Eli, or Steven Jackson, or Brett Farve, you don't have to come to camp until the team meets your terms.

(While we are on the subject, a guy who is not under contract is not a "holdout." The team drafting you did something, its not something you did, and you have no obligation until they pay whatever sum you are willing to play for.)

So what, Mcnabb plays better under pressure. Remember how well he did after he got benched?
BY the way, the wildcat will remain as threat just to keep defenses honest on the perimeter, but you will see traditional pass plays run out of that formation(notice I did not say "offense").
Take note of the fact that teams are getting QB's to take the snap instead of backs and receivers.

The Bucs are actually waiting to see who they get the best offer for before deciding the starter, which is sad. Still waiting to see if a team trades for Josh Johnson, thinking they are getting Josh Freeman. Johnson's run to the endzone was much better than Freeman's.

You know if you are McCown you are looking around like, "do I really have a fair shot?"

Actually, FSU did not get caught with its hand in a cookie jar. It self reported a bunch of kids cheating in an online music test. Bowden's fault was not telling kids that online music classes are actually hard at FSU.
The debate with Paterno is a joke. Paterno is already up one game because FSU had to practically forfeit its bowl game versus Kentucky. Even Paterno knows it does not do Paterno any justice to get the record by default, especially when he has as good a team, an easier 09 schedule, and will likely keep coaching longer than Bowden. The only losers in this deal are the college football fans because it will be one less competition to enjoy this season. But the NCAA has not been and always shall not be about competition.

There is nothing better than watching a Hurricane call somebody unethical. Gator fans may be rediculously arrogant, but at least they are not hypocrites. I mean, what other university appointed a street rapper as its unofficial athletic director? What place had to ban its players from carrying firearms? "Da U"? How idiotic to put a big U on your helmet. I guess you didn't realize that U stands for University and almost every other school in Div 1 is a University. Its not like Michigan had already used the "Da M". I'm suprised they didn't put a "C" on their helmet for "da college."

Well what better motivation than to make a guy run go routes for Chris Simms. This guy will end up getting traded now, but he will be devalued by the team first. If you know you are going to trade a guy- build up his value. They are all so scared of the fans.
