Given the crazy shortened schedule, I'd be more worried about the health of my team, rather the wins/losses. Not saying a losing streak is good, but health is key for the Bulls, Heat, Thunder, Spurs, etc.
I think for the rest of the regular season it might actually be a good thing, more rest...but come playoffs I would want Allen starting and Bradley giving their bench some scoring.
I didn't see much of a shot either. What I do think is interesting however are the contrast between the two. Though admittingly a good athlete, Luck is a more traditional-looking quarterback while RG3 is a hybrid of sorts. Both are worthy of a #1 I think, it'll just depend on what type of offense a certain team will want to run, in this case, the Colts and Redskins.
