Derek Jeter is only 38 yrs. old this year and has achieved 200 basehits or more in a single season seven times, and now needs 800+ hits to attain 4000 hits..................
He is averaging 181.6 hits per season in a seventeen year career, this being his eighteenth year!
895/181.6=4.9etc., basically he needs five full seasons to achieve the 4000 hit dream; and, I say he can physically do it barring injury.....................

After yesterday's game, I checked my favorite website for Biorhythyms at (www.facade.com) and I used its free calculator with Lincecum's birthdate.
It solves the issue of why Timmy had such a bad outing: each of his three primary cycles were bouncing off the bottom of the chart! Where the one most recent was the Physical cycle...............
Today, his Intellectual and Emotional cycles are passing through the zero neutral zone simultaneously, into the upper positive area.
Expect Tim Lincecum's next two starts to have his three primary cycles in the positive area!!
Its a win, win for the GIANTS again, while Lincecum is on the mound............
