Pens - This series can't be much worse than the last two, can they? Here's to hoping their play can get better, or at least close to the level with which they played the 90% of the season.
What's odd about the Flyers is that they should have been able to tell about 2 games into the first series that Bryz isn't (at least at this time for now), a prime time goalie.
Did they honestly think they were gonna score 4+ goals a game for the next three rounds. Knuckleheads
I'd like to see some unsportsmanlike calls made for diving in this series - think it would be fitting.
The only way I get 'juiced' back up for this series is if there's a game 6, doesn't matter if it's a 3-1 win tonite or 8-5. A win is a win, ugly or pretty. If that happens then I think the "anything can happen" becomes so much more enticing.
Not sure it's perceived offense. Without going back and looking at the final season stats I thought the Pens & Divers were near the top of goals for this year.
He does nothing or shows no passion and he isn't a leader.
He mixes it up and gets scrappy and he's a punk.
It's all so silly really. Anyone on here that can for 2 seconds even argue that he isn't one of the top 5 players in the world is really just showing how little they know. Thank God there was no internet back when Gretzky and Lemieux played.
Too bad you aren't an NHL head coach making their kind of money then you could be actually making those decisions instead of simply claiming that you would have on the Internet. Well done Goober.
In the 0.00987% chance the Pens have of winning four straight games and the series, it won't be done with Johnson. Please dude, don't ask a set up question if you are just going to bash whichever answer is given.
Nice 2 foot offside call missed as well as an awful "interfence" call on Orpik that led to a PP goal. Two bad calls = 2 goals. If anything, that was a textbook check of a player behind the net but perhaps all the "pens-bashing" leading up to the series helped the ref make that terrible call.
Other than those two 'blown' calls (which directly led to 2 goals), good game. Plenty of clean hits, nice saves and such.

How many NON CALLS were missed?

good luck next round when you face a team that can actually kill 88% of your power plays.
Flyers 5 on 5 game = tinky /phew Your #1 no good for a deep run. Wait, neither is your #2. Have fun :)
Pens have been running around since early in game 1 looking to make big hit after big hit. Not their game, never has been.

What did your mom make you for dinner tonite? I hope it was good, take care.

Have to go with your number one again and hope he's played his way out of his funk.
Gross an sticks his knee out about 2 feet to hit Neal = all ok? Just sayin.
/looking for razor blades
I've sunk to the level of the umpteen posts I've read the last 10 days. All kidding aside, should be a good rest of the series.
