I still think that Mike Illitch is the best sports owner in America, Period! Just look at the job he has done for the Red Wings and the Tigers. I would have picked Bill Davidson of the Pistons if he were still alive with his three NBA titles, three WNBA titles and one Stanley Cup title with the Lightning.

I agree with you, the Bears have an elite defense, an elite special teams unit, a franchise quarterback, a very good running back and wide receiver. The only area the Bears really need to work on is the offensive line. If they had a decent offensive line, they would be as good as the 49ers.

It's too bad Cincinnati is rarely seen as a final destination for college football coaches. Look at who left the team to be at bigger schools, Brian Kelly, Mark Dantonio and soon Butch Jones. I just don't know what the college needs to do to hang onto their head football coaches.
