Ive read somewhere that he's hoping the Spurs might be an option. It's that "French Connection" at work. Not sure if Spurs want to break the bank but it would be a nice option.

Pop makes no excuses. Pop is direct and in control. The BS the Mavs had with that slug Mr. Kardashian , with their coach playing apologist, then irritated, then whiner, was hilarious. Pop would have never tolerated that crap. (Lam-Lam would never be consider to wear the Silver and Black).

So yeah, I prefer Pop 's press statements every time!

The Thunder remind me of the Suns in '05. Everyone was so sure they would simply out run and gun the "old" Spurs in the playoffs. So, who won the ring in '05??? Yeah, the Thunder have better interior defense, but the Spurs can adjust and exploit the many weaknesses of OKC. I'm not saying it would be easy, but the Spurs have a core that has been together for many years and has plenty of new pieces who are totally integrated into the "Spurs way of doing business". Spurs will defeat the Thunder in a seven game series.

The Clips had that, " we ain't in Memphis no more, Toto!", look on their face last night. I believe they'll recover and do much better on Thursday. But the Spurs, like Kenny Smith said last night, "...have seen it all.", and will adjust on the fly. Spurs in five.

You sure do pull stuff right out of your rear and call it gold, huh? Those red white and blue uniforms were when they were in Dallas. When the team was bought and the move completed to San Antonio they were renamed the SPURS and the colors were changed to what they are today.

After TD gets his fifth ring, maybe SI will redo that cover photo "Substance over Style" Part II.
