Posted Wednesday January 09, 2013, About: Cowboys defensive staff to re-interview for their jobs
It totally amazes me what a complete and ignorant fool Jones is. And that is really an unfair comparison to ignorant fools everywhere. The first job that should be interviewed for is his.
Posted Wednesday January 09, 2013, About: Cowboys overhauling their defense?
It does not matter who is hired, fired, promoted, demoted, or otherwise placed in or out of any position in the Cowboys organization. Until that crusty, dried up, back woods hillbilly **** of an owner hires a real General Manager, nothing will ever change. When the first link of the chain is the weakest, the rest of the chain will always fail. And Jerry Jones is both the first and weakest link. Off season moves mean nothing until he is gone.

Sadly, the worst GM in the NFL is still in place. Hey Jerry, you may now go perform some unnatural act upon yourself,

Boring? As opposed to what? The excitement that has been New York Giant football the last month or so?
Fisher was the beginning of that not the problem, not Vince. Fischer said very publically from the get go that he did not want Vince on the team and damn near made it impossible him to be as effective as he could have been. Fisher deserved to be trashed and got his just due in the end.

As a long time die-hard Cowboys fan, I do not give up on my guys easily. But it is getting harder and harder to justify supporting Dez. Always part of the problem, never a part of the solution.
Posted Friday September 14, 2012, About: Pelini facing heat at Nebraska
As a Longhorn through and through, I used to have the utmost respect for Nebraska. Some of the best fans in the country. But Pelini is in over his head. Husker fans deserve a top shelf coach. Bo is just a top shelf jacka$$.

Maybe Clay subscribes to the Aggie school of twisted rationale. They never lose a game either. They just run out of time.

JJ = no hope. Ever.

Will be interesting to see how the poor chap manages to squeak by on only 10 mil this year. What a trooper.
Posted Tuesday July 24, 2012, About: Only way Cuban can lure Howard and Paul
Comparing Cuban to JJones is like comparing bologna to lobster. Cuban will eventually bring a winner back to Big D. It may not be next year, but it will be sooner than most think. On the other hand, if Jones ever gets another championship it is because the law of averages finally went his way. He will, of course, claim it was his greatness. I have 100% faith in Cuban, negative % faith in Jones.

Hey...takes the heat off of the Cowboys. That sits well with me.

Posted Tuesday July 03, 2012, About: Ware's with Jerry: Window's closing
Wadda you mean the window is closing on this group? The window closed on any group a long time ago. Since their last super bown win, the Cowboy have managed TWO playoff victories in sixteen years under 6 different coaches. During this time, the common denominatorhas been ONE general manager. As a long time Cowboys season ticket holder, I have seen first hand exactly where the problem lies. And until Jerry Jones hires a GM who knows what he is doing, things will never change. Bill Parcells left here a broken beat down old man, then immediatly turned the Dolphins completly around in one year. Jerry can point fingers where ever he wants, but it is his hand that is keeping the window closed.
Posted Sunday July 01, 2012, About: Ware: Cowboys defense 'going to be a lot better'
Blah, blah, Jessica Simpson, blah, blah blah. If you wanna hate fine, just come up with something that is not so prehistoric.

Being a Dallas fan, I detested our defense last year. But it was not the front line. ItI was the miserable pathetic secondary. Sending Terance Newman FINALLY packing was a huge first step. Thank the Good Lord and public transportation that he is somebody elses problem now. Filling dem shoes with Morris Claiborne is some serious gravy on the deal. It is certainly fair to say that Dallas defense could only get better. OK, point made. But add the newbies to the potential that has been there and this defense could be scary better.
Posted Sunday July 01, 2012, About: How NFL hopes to slow declining attendance
That is the fans telling the players and owners that enough is enough. Not real complicated to figure out. We make them who they are and without us, they aint ****. It costs me $15 to park in the Rangers Stadium parking lot for a Rangers game. It costs me $60 to park in the exact same spot for a Cowboys game. I realize that setting the bar by Jerry Jones actions may not be fair to all, but the underlying root of the problem is the same. Capital G Greed. Have I reached my tolerance limit? Maybe, maybe not. But I am finding myself less and less willing to attend becuase of things like this. Hell, for a family of four to just get standing room general admission, parking, and modest concessions would run $250. Perhaps the good old days of the NFL being able to do what they want to becuase the demand will come from somewhere my have run its course. You will not see me shed any tears if JJ's wallet drys up like his crusty old face has.

At least change the name of the game. Would be such a shame to bastardize the namesake of such a historically glorious game and landmark old stadium by branding it with the "J" word.
