Yeah, it just seems at this point to be more "image/brand" control. In other words insincere at best. And that is only the helmet thing.

I have no problem with the name on the uni's, which is an obvious effort to attract recruits. Fine, but you break those sorts of traditions and you lose a piece of the 'storied program' label. I wonder if this part doesn't sadden long time PSU fans; I know it would me if SC started putting names on jersey's...
