BTW it is "alone" not "a lone". Looks like that Kansas public education is paying off for you. Have fun making biscuits at McDonald's when you graduate.

I thought all along that Brad Smith was not the right person to run a pass first run second spread offense. As long as they ran the ball 60% of the time MU did ok with Smith at the helm. When they ran the offense as it was intended like they did Smith's junior year in 2004 they stunk up the field and Damien Nash quit the team. Once Daniel took the offense things started to click. Daniel however is the limiting factor on the offense because he does not have a big enough arm to keep the safeties and corners back. Blaine Gabbert has an NFL caliber arm and the offense is going to be better with him at the helm. The defense does not need better personel, it needs to be schemed better.
As far as going to Washington, Pinkel recruits Texas heavily. How many of those players are going to bite on that knowing that they have to play USC every year and live in the rain and cold of the Pacific NW.
As far as our history, we where a bowl team throughout the 60s and 70s and in the early 80s until Norm Stewart helped run Warren Powers off and Woody Widenhofer was brought in in 1984. At any raten see you at Arrowhead. Your boys are going to get torched.
