I thought LA knocked on Phil's door? That means he controls the negotiations. In the "real world" he'd be getting a CEO job. Lets not pretend CEO's show up for work daily at 8am with sleeves rolled up and ready for battle. This is how the elite operate and you either like it or you don't. I don't think LA is going to win a title anyway, they need to get younger and more athletic ( except for Howard of course). You can't coach that.
