Gruden...Period. Madden, love him, but I think he's happy raking in the $mackers from EA Sports. Cower, another great, but look for him, if anywhere in the NCAA world, at NC State. He resides there. Dungy, another great, but I think he is over coaching in this lifetime. Yes, Gruden won the Super Bowl with a team that Dungy built, but it was over a team that Gruden built. All three are proven winners, and all three have large egos. You must have, to do what they do. You can keep Tubbs, Fischer, Golden, and ALL the college coach's. The only head ball coach (No, not ever Spurrier) I want from the NCAA is Saben, and you think he is leaving Bama? I love the fact Gruden has an enormous ego. UT needs a super star name, to reach every 5 star player from Maine to Florida, From California to Va. Beach. Gruden=Winner=Fact
