And I'll leave it at that. Minds will not be changed, especially when race comes into play...
I just recommend that peeps re-examine the facts, from a non-biased point of view. You may find that the OJ case was far more straightforward than originally thought.
That isn't damning, it's only mildly supporting the idea that the blood collected was tainted. As there were plenty of eff-ups from the start, mostly during the forensic collections.
I agree, Marcia Clark and the entire prosecution team were azzhats that bungled a sure-fire case. They not only got suckered in by the cameras, but they also got suckered in by the defense. As soon as a red flag was raised, rather than ignore it and present the evidence, they tried to fight fire with fire. Hence, the glove debacle along with a myriad of others.
But that still doesn't explain why Mark Furhman would go through all that trouble... for what? What exactly was he trying to do? And why? Yes, the evidence, especially the DNA, was worrisome and even tainted.
But guess what? This case could have been solved WITHOUT DNA. The cut finger and the blood splatter, the shoes, the timeline, the witnesses, the "confession," the escape, the history of violence... all point to OJ. Get rid of the "garbage in garbage out"evidence, and you still have a solid case.
But Marcia and team didn't know how to do it... all under the spotlight with the masses watching what was at the time the biggest story in entertainment news, ever. They fought fire with fire, and lost.
Keep going. Who were his friends? What was the reasoning? How did he know that the dead woman they found was OJ's ex-wife in such a short amount of time to allow him to gather evidence from OJ, while also cutting his fingers (because OJ had multiple cuts on his hand), in order to create a murder plot? What exactly did Mark Furhman and his lackies do? Did they use OJ's shoes, or did the killer coincidentally have the same shoes and size? What was planned and what was reactionary?
I only ask because it's easy to make up fiction when it suits the need... but for me, I deal with logic and facts. And I see none on your end.
I remember 30+ reasons... I was simply referring to the 5 reasons from the book itself...
What's harder to imagine?
A man with a history of domestic violence murders his ex-wife along with a man who was in the wrong place at the wrong time...
or
A racist cop is able to hoodwink the entire LAPD (which consists of asians, hispanics, blacks, etc) by framing an innocent man with the murder of a woman who just so happens to be the man's ex-wife for the sole purpose of revenge because he was angry that the man who is black was dating a woman who was white... and the reason this cop is a racist is because he used the N-word a few years prior and lied about it... and everyone including the DA bought into this and decided to sell the world on an innocent man simply because they... are racist too?
OJ was caught with incriminating evidence. He had a large amount of cash, his passport, and a facial disguise; this doesn't seem to be something an innocent person would have on him.
The facts are there and are now a part of public record for all to see and study. But I'm sorry, the TV never lies...
For anyone who still thinks OJ is innocent and was framed by "racist cops," please do yourself a favor and read "Outrage: 5 Reasons Why OJ Got Away with Murder." Written my V. Bugliosi (lead prosecutor during the Manson trial and writer of "Helter Skelter,") he shows how the evidence and facts were confused and tainted by both the prosecutors and defense, which ultimately resulted in the acquittal. Yes, he actually blames the prosecutors more so than the defense, as he should. They dropped the ball big time.
A great read, with a plethora of documentation (including a history of OJ's domestic batteries and threats), various citations, legal sources, and pictures. It's very telling and shows just how much of an illusion the whole thing was, especially with regards to the expert talking heads... If your information came from CNN or the nightly news, you got played for a fool. It's no wonder that some folk believe he is still innocent...
"The dude would beat Nicole within inches of her life... but kill her? Nah, the dude is a hero!" :-/
Exactly. Nothing from this season can take away those SB moments of pure awesomeness.
And honestly, watching the Skins and the Boys duke it out makes me glad to be a part of the NFC East. NFCE rivalries were something special, and hopefully they return to their former glory days as the next few seasons progress. Even though I don't like playing against him, I'm glad RGIII is in our division. Gotta mix things up in order to grow.
While they're obviously not the team from last season, the Giants' front-four could barely get their hands on RGIII; even when they had him contained, he managed to loop / sprint his way to + yardage. I have a feeling that RGIII is gonna light up the Dallas defense with very little issue.
The Giants are playing with head-n-butt syndrome. The utter lack of care or commitment to the team is embarrassing. Should the Giants phone in their final game, I say sack both players and coaches and take the next few years to evaluate and rebuild.
Wasn't the dude looking for into an RB position this past year?

Also, which report(s) are you referring to? Were they specific to OJ or someone else?
Lastly, what was their MO for the planting of evidence?
I'm quite familiar with this case, so please cite your facts and / or sources.

Such a silly movie full of nonsensical entertainment. Good stuff.
