And i am sure you think it wasn't Fehr's fault either when the MLB had its labor negotiation issues? Its all that guy does. No respect for the game. You are obviously not following anything that is going on....everytime they are close, what is the reason it gets delayed yet again? Its because the NHLPA has something they get upset about or they ask for more. Im tired of these babied athletes, who have no regard for the thousands of people out of work because of their continued greed. They let this season slip away, they wont get a better offer...it will be worse. Time to just step up for the game and get it done.

You gotta be kidding me....the NHL provided a proposal which was reviewed for days by the NHLPA and you are telling me Fehr didnt know about it? Pretty pathetic review and legal team if thats the case. It's all just a play by Fehr to manipulate. And the fundamental issues keep changing as a result of the NHLPA...they always just pick at something new when it looks like they are close. As for Unions getting pensions...i think its ridiculous for any to have pensions but I can see for factory workers and alike but for athletes making millions? They can fend for themselves with that kind of money. It's a joke.

The change was spelled out and highlighted. Fehr knew this a week earlier but waited till now to say anything to make it look bad for the NHL. It wasn't the NHL trying to pull a fast one. Fehr is an idiot who is destroying the game. Every time they come to an agreement on the "fundamental issues", another one becomes a "fundamental issue". First it was the revenue share, then it was the contract length, and now its the pension. And of course at each turn he said that that was the main delay to coming to an agreement. It is obvious that Fehr has no regard for the game. I am on the owners side in this 100%. The players look greedy making pensions such a big issue. No one gets pensions anymore. We have to contribute to a 401k on our own. The players make millions and you are telling me they cant invest on their own like the regular joe needs to? I am beyond disgusted at the players.
