jerry jones needed to get some balls again and shake things up. ryan did improve the d but they also had a lot of injuries.i would bring in the chin from Pittsburgh who has been out of football for 6 years. he has got his batteries charged and big d needs a coach like him.tony romo good qb but after 10 years not one plaoff win, not getting any younger.alex smith would be a good fit trade romo and go after him.
