Posted Saturday January 26, 2013, About: Bears off season plans and changes what do you want or expect considering our new coaches?
I feel that the coaching changes were necessary for the Bears to move forward and if Jay cannotworkout this year then he goes too. I think that the Bears need to trade for good personnel on the OL and WR positions. I name to look at trading is Hester, he hasn't done anything for the last two years to help move us forward to the next level. Urlacher should be signed for at least one more year and then give him the option of being the LB cosach - he is great with staff and has alot of knowledge.
