Who wants a Yankees prospect? I'd rather trade for a bag of balls then a Yankees prospect.

How could I forget McGuire. Duh. When was Bautista a Cardinal and when was he caught? The other 3 I never heard of doing it.

Ant the onus should be on all of baseball? The other teams did not sign a stupid deal like the Yankees. They overlooked everything in the past and threw money around that no other team could match. You live by the sword, you die by the sword. I guess the onus on should be on all of baseball to help them out of this contract too? Give me a break.

Exactly. Screw them all, but none of them signed a guy to the absurd contract the Yankees signed so keeping their salaries on the books doesn't hurt them as much nor will dropping the salaries relieve them as much.

I don;t remember many from the Cardinals. I mean, I suspect Pujols, but what big name on the Cardinals was ever caught. So many prominent Yankees were on it. Arod, Pettite, Giambi, Knoblauch, Velarde, Clemens, Leyritz.......

I don't care if they get out of the contract by insurance or they don't, but MLB BETTER not let the Yankees off the hook on the salar tax on this. They have never been an innocent bystander when it comes to Steroids and HGH and by far have had more users on their major league roster than any other team. They also signed this absurd contract knowing what they were getting into. If things go their way as far as getting rid of the contract, and MLB decides to drop that salary from the calculation of the tax, then MLB will have another black eye. What a fraud that would be.
