I think he is a good coach for a good mature team but he isn't a good coach for a young team. He did a poor job of teaching defense to the young bloods in Cleveland.
Keep in mind that some teams are really young. The #1 and #2 picks are the Cavs and Orlando. Both teams are stocked with second years players. It's not like guys will have to come in and compete with the Big 3 for a job.

He popped in a couple of nights back and swore he would never come back to Fan Nation if the Spurs won the title. Something about a bet with Laker fans.
What hurt the SPurs was Pop sitting Timmy on the bench at the end of the game and letting Miami get 2 crucial rebounds that kept them in the game.
Oh well, we have all summer to think about the what IF scenarios.
