I was reading the report and the problem seems to be one connecting rod, it was 3 grams too light, all 8 have to weigh 525 grams. I can't see how one of eight and 3 grams out of 4200 grams could make a difference. I understand, a rule is a rule but this seems out of whack. Not a fan of Toyota, but do like Kenseth and Harvick. By the way, did they ever nail the felon for the problem with the rear ends last year?
