Jackson is Booty! and thats not even his last name. He is a sour-puss who is not ready, its simple as that. Didn't you see those interviews on ESPN after Farve was signed....."sniff, sniff....well I'm disapointed but there is nothing I can do about it, sniff sniff..." meanwhile the blue collar Sage had a positive attitude. Jackson should be EXCITED that he gets to learn from farve, but no he sulks and thinks he is defeated as he pouts in the corner. What a ****. Would any fan, owner, player want someone like this as their QB?? ( I can't wait to see all the people respond who say "yes" that don't know $hit about sports)-----FYI, we all laugh at you

Boldin is a good guy, as is Fitzgerald.....I've met Boldin a couple times and he was a very classy pro athlete...not a primadonna. Let me ask all of you this......if your job told you they were going to give you a raise, and then backed out on it......would you be upset?? Fitz has been their #2 receiver up until recently and he got a hefty contract....so before that being said...let me ask you this....if the guy who was "next best" at your job got a real nice raise and you didn't......would you be upset??? The cardinals should keep them both regardless of how many good receivers they have. DEFINATELY keep him if warner doesnt come back cause Leinert needs all the help he can get! (**** & unappreciative of his talent) Maybe trade Boldin if they can get a top DE.....but I would be hesitant on that even

Yeah he a real playa thats why he didnt even dress saturday.

Yes, he is a real player. The guy had 7 plates and 40 screws put into his head this regular season...and played 3 weeks later. Oh, and he didn't take any pain killers so he could get back on the field sooner.

What have you done lately? No one, NO ONE..can call this guy out for not being a player. Remember Kellen Winslow "I'm a **** soldier!" well...Anquan Boldin should have said that because he is.

After taking all those screws and no pain killers and then coming out the next week with 2 TDs against the Panthers....that is a "gamer." HOWEVER, not playing on a bad bruise/tight muscle is not being a "gamer" or wanting to win. He didn't play because it was a personal decision. He does want to get traded, and he is not trying to get injured before he leaves the cards otherwise say bye-bye to a nice contract. The cards just showed that they do not need him anyway. He can easily be replaced....remember they have S. Breaston (1,000+ yards). I live in AZ, I've met Boldin a couple times, I've always been a huge fan.....but that was a selfish decision last week. Players play the game to win a championship, but we all know he has been jealous of Fitzgerald for getting that fat contract last year and him getting nothing....boo-hoo....selfish

apc1138 you brought up some very good points about cassels mental strength and maturity. I'm not sure if it would be a good decision for the vikes, but considering the other options (free agents, draft picks, or a horrid Tjoke) then cassell seems to be like one hell of a move for the vikes. Off the subject, I thought chilly named frerotte the starter for the rest of the year but then replaced him when crunch time and W's were the most crucial......Chilly is a joke. Did Jeff Fisher replace Collins with VY? Anyway.....the future could be very bright for the vikings if they make decisions before next year to get W's and win the super bowl. If they sit back and hope the guys they have will bring them to the next level we will be lucky to win the sorry NFC again.
