Palmer cannot fix him. Palmer and Capers ruined him. There is one thing that cannot be denied about Carr. He has the physical gifts. He just never learned how to read a defence. I will never understand why Capers, Palmer and Charley "total dooshbag" Casserly thought it was a great idea to hang an entire franchise on a college kid. We should have gotten any one of the wiley vets with a couple of years left to start this off. Dave could have carried a clipboard for two years and become a premier qb. He simply wasnt given a chance to develop. Dave was a great guy in the community, but a crappy qb.
