I think the PGA would sponser him to play in Europe and stay out of their hair. I think the game could use a better image than he is willing to participate in. Let him stay over there.

It's not because Tiger was not offended that makes it okay. It is not even okay. But it should be a tiny tiny issue, because it was an accident. A lot like a typo, She even seems to have good judgement. It seems to have been a vocabulary bogey. Have you ever said a word, and the definition is not exactly what you thought it was? It is very difficult to accidentally burn a cross. But to have a word interpretted differently than you meant it, that qualifies as an accident. We really need a speech pathologist to weigh in. The world punishes those who have accidents - many people die in accidents. And in an unforgiving world, the punishments roll forward. Punish punish punish.

"if Tiger was Jewish and she said gas him, would people here be saying the same sort of thing?" if you think this is similar, then you are just out there looking for trouble. Nasir is just looking for trouble. Tiger is not. Kelly is not. Nazir is. The real question that you could be asking is what would have happened if she had said "Gas him" about Tiger and he is not Jewish. What you are missing is that she had no racial intent. However, you cannot understand that because you do not wish to. You like the controversy. It is a chance to find trrouble. Or to relsih in the discomfort of someone else.

Besides some cursing on the course, Tiger is generally a class act. Nobody is perfect. Of course, he did the right thing. The rednecks who think Tighman's comment was racial are not very perceptive.

Yup, he has a checkered past and the sun is setting on his game. What is interesting is that he has such a huge following and he gets a lot of endorsements. I guess controversy can usually be turned into cash, even if it is negative publicity.
