"If figures that a jaguar fan would have blind support for their running back rather than see the realities of the game."

I support Fred Taylor but i by no means have blind support for him. He is a great back no doubt, but to say that i don't see the realities of the game is bold. While your crunching numbers, im watching the game. It's you that don't see the realities of the game, all you see is numbers.

You want to analyze some numbers here:

Taylor
Rush's of over 20+ yards = 6
40+ = 3
Longest = 80yrds

Addai
20+ = 2
40+ = 0
Longest = 23yrds

Loki you over analyze football. Football is football, not numbers. Your probably some number crunching Asian who does not watch football but is in some kinda FF league.

Your pathetic you know that? How can you say that Taylor gets lucky and that his line helps him, EVERY RB gets help from the line you **** idiot! Stop trying to analysis statistics and watch some football. You will notice that Taylor is a PURE RB and Addia is a hybrid. You want to talk about helping out the running game? How about defense only putting 7 in the box against Indy because of the respect of Peyton Manning, whereas Taylor goes against 8 and sometimes 9 people in the box and most of the time still comes up with good yards. Anybody can run behind Indy's line, the Edge, Rhodes, and now Addai. And they all do good because of their pass attack.

And on a hard 3 and 4 i would give it to Taylor before Addai. Taylor=more power
Posted Friday December 21, 2007, About: Pro Bowl snub upsets Taylor
Ok how about this. On any giving down who is more likely to break it for monster yardage?

"with a few lucky exceptions..."

Whats that suppose to mean? Your saying that Taylor gets lucky on his runs? Your an idiot

And if Addai is the primary back making him get more rushing attempts, he should have more rushing yards wouldn't you think? But he doesn't, Freddy T makes more out of less whereas Addai just does his thing.

Thats not the point. The point is that you cannot just take peoples yards away for any reason. No matter what the case is, Fred Taylor ran those yards legit. And as for the D having tired players on the field, thats the opponents problem not Taylors.

Ericbanim why would you take out those three runs? If you were to do that then take out some of Addai's TD runs. You can't take out one guys stats and leave every1 else alone, thats just plain ignorant. Taylor ran those yards why would you take them from him?

Dolphins still suck and pathetic. Not only the worst team in Florida, but the worst team in the NFL.
Posted Tuesday June 05, 2007, About: Texans to try out McCardell
sorry Chaz but 10-6 is a little bit of a reach isn't it? That would make them a wildcard team and i personally don't think they have enough pieces to take their team to win 10 games, but im also a Jags fan so it may sound a little bias. I will say this though, they could be a .500+ team if they play everyone else like they do us.
Posted Saturday May 19, 2007, About: Jags' coach wanted QB Quinn
Take Brady Quinn? You serious? There's a reason he fell to the 22nd pick, and that's because he couldn't win the big game. Only reason he had a good season was because he played defenses like Air Force and Army. Where was his production and leadership against Michigan, USC, and LSU??? Jaguars need someone who can produce when its crunch time and win the games they need to advance further and Quinn did not shown that in his college career. Plus with the departure of Deon Grant we needed a starting Safety who has good coverage skills and Reggie Nelson HAS shown that. Byron may not be the best QB in the league but hes good enough to lead this team to the playoffs and thats all the jaguars need. With Byron returning from injury, Greg Jones adding to the rushing attack and key players returning from season ending injury on defense, we needed a player who is gonna start and be a playmaker rather than fight for the starting position on the team.
Posted Saturday May 19, 2007, About: Why Colts' top pick will miss minicamp
I'm with Edubb on this one. Colt's messed up with picking Gonzalez. The first round pick is suppose to be someone who will make an impact on the team not a third receiver behind two probowlers. Gonzalez will be on the bench and won't be a star until Harrison retires.

Sorry to say to yall dolphin fans but this year is just another rebuilding year. The only good thing coming out of this season will be another top 10 draft pick.

Tony Romo is a pretty boy now? Last time i checkd his ears are bigger than his ego.
Posted Saturday May 19, 2007, About: Pats may add vet like Brown
Pats fans look at it like all the other AFC teams aren't building up their franchise with upgrades. There are 15 other teams in this conference that they have to beat or play better than to get to the Superbowl. Don't get me wrong because i'm a Jags fan and may sound a little bias, but the season hasn't started yet so there is no way of predicting how it may go. Even I think that they'll be in the driver seat of reaching the SB and i hate the Pats, but i wouldn't count on them to represent the AFC in the SB. They may have picked up an excellent receivers corp this off-season but not every WR will be a 100rec+ receiver considering that Stallworth is coming off an injury and Randy Moss hasn't shown enough evidence that he will play like his glory days in Minnesota.
Tom Brady will be consistent like always, but the WR's may not. Now the defense on the other hand will be suffocating like always since Belichick is a defense mastermind and knows how to embarrass the opponent, but a couple off season moves by taking big names for less money isn't a way to win championships. The Yanks are a great example of making moves like that.

Plus they have to beat Jacksonville in the Playoffs to get to the big dance ;) (I can only wish) lol

For all you Pat fans who think yall are a lock for the superbowl, don't be surprised if this year is an upset, because thats what sports is all about. Don't believe me? Just ask Mark Cuban.
