If i were a Jets fan I would be excited to say the least that TT is in. The entire team sux and most of them have bashed TT from the get go. Yet the man hasn't allowed the trash to cloud him. The fan base is horrid, the coaching staff is horrid, the players have talent but no kind of discipline or team ethic / professionalism.
Tebow managed to spur confidence in a ailing Denver team and created Team Work that otherwise was lost. But in my opinion, the Jets are to far gone. From the coach to the players to the entire fan base. Scrap the team, start fresh with Tebow and rebuild for next year.

Letterman had to put the M in Tomlin.

Simplicity is, Pittsburgh is suffering from lack of leadership IE Coaching. The fundementals Tomlin is talking about are his responsibility. The key issue is and has been for years, O line failure. This should have been and needs to be priority one in all upcoming practice, draft and schemes. As for SB hangover, not the issue. GB exposed the fault that other teams have capitalized on this year. O line failure, causing sack fumbles and losses. Its simple, Tomlin needs to attack the fault bring it to the forefront and get over the hump.

Did anyone bother to read the rest of the article?
As far as an owner vs. a player on any issue regardless of who they are.
The player prolly has more insight on the game. The owner is so detached from what is happening in the locker room and on the feild, they just wouldn't see eye to eye with any player on any issue. However, and be clear... they don't have to! The players are just employees folks. It's just that simple.
Posted Monday January 24, 2011, About: Pouncey on Super Bowl: I'm playing
Anyone figure out that the defense on both the Pack and the Steelers are the same in all respects? So what would a sssssmart coach do?
.
.
Mmm.M..Mama always says that ifn the walls are in front then go around.

This should be a great game. The key is during the dismal Bears / Pack meeting Rogers threw interception after interception. Though Ben did the same thing Rogers were wayward throws. Meaning that if Troy and the Saftey bunch are eyes open, we should be able to cut Rogers airtime to a minimal threat and force them to run... which will get them nowhere againt the Steelers.

I really hope Pounce is healthy and can play, but Gursk just needs a few practice days and that misconnect will be all cleared up.

Go Steelers!!!

He just needs the right team. Soon as he is cut, he will find his own team. We are running low on big tough tacks. Looks good to me.

As I stated.. There is that comment about Ben. It simply shows your inability to believe fact over hype. It's ll gravy, I had to see the intellect pool.
Sad.
It's the only thing that you can retort, I understand.

Sadly it is obvious that many of these comments are made by couch coaches. Harrison a dirty player? Wow, watch some tapes. He plays Football, not sissy ball. His fines were a means for the NFL to push their wantingness on the owners and coaches nothing more. Who better to make an example of than the Beast himself. No#1 defensive player of the year .. yadda yadda.
Pittsburgh are owned and operated by one of the cleanest guys out there. The team itself either straighten their players out with issues or boots them. Even when they have stars that are stellar they find them selves OUT if they don't comply. Shall we count a few? Plax, Holmes, Porter, Bam, ... All all stars, All at peaks in carrers, all somwhere else for being "Dirty". If you choose again to open the Ben can of worms, indeed someone will; You can copy and paste the same garbage. No proof, only hearsay and no conviction. If thats how Pittsburgh really rolled, Holmes would still be in Black and Gold as would Plax.
However, the "Get no respect", "We don't trip players", "undeserving fines from the NFL for the actions of our coaches" Jets...
Sunday.
Regardless of all the Nancy Drew fans, Sunday we will see who the better Football team is.
As far as being dirty, Pittsburgh has not changed the way it plays the Mans sport.. They hit you hard. Take the skirt off, they dont cry when they get hit. I saw no tears when Bens nose was broken.. obviously a clean play... right.

Not the brightest? lol.. I'll take the Pepsi challenge! I will say a large part of your "Study" has somthing to do with the fact <---(fact) That Pittsburgh has the largest fan base than any NFL team. So there are bound to be a few dun ta dun's there. But if you would like to talk about the game.. have at it Uberfan-guy.
Posted Thursday January 20, 2011, About: Taylor willing to 'lay out' good friend Holmes
Yeah, the most underspoken and least heard from team in the leauge... And you are tired of hearing from them?! Here's an idea, if your team isn't in it, just stop watching. If you feel the need to randomly comment on things just to put someone down, go out to a bar or a shopping center and interact a bit. As for Ike's comment, they are best friends, maybe, juuuuuust maybe he is stirring the pot to motivate his opponent as well as himself. ( I know for some who have never played them game it is mind blowing, however thats how it is).
Posted Thursday January 20, 2011, About: Staal will look to friends in ASG draft
Seeing as how these athletes make millions, I say they play all year and do what ever dog and pony show is drummed up. If you don't like it, Pizza Hut is always hiring drivers.
Posted Tuesday January 11, 2011, About: Harbaugh: Glad we broke Ben's nose
Wow FtT... Are you seriously chatting about Ben's character? Hmmm, one of your fabled lined backers MURDERED a man. Baltimore is a class full of pissy whiny BROWN's who finally got some financial aid after moving to Baltimore. As for the fans, Idiot you can not begin to speak ill of the Steelers. Your team is comprised of thugs that for the most part wish that that could have been picked up by Pittsburgh in the first place. Truth be told, you just hate a winner. Now gwt over it you lush.
Posted Saturday December 11, 2010, About: Fisher 'surprised' Vince is a no-show
... Bill will not coach for the Titans. That whole towel thing a few years back demonstrates the players and fans there have no tact taste or integrity. And yes, I do see a strong chance of being set back 7-8 yrs, half the time they have been around the NFL anyway.
Posted Saturday December 11, 2010, About: Can Cowher knock Garrett from Cowboys' job?
I don't think many Dallas fans understand that JJ owns the Cowboys. That means the franchise id his and his alone to do with what he wants kids. If he said tomorrow that he was sitting his team out next year, thats just how it is folks. As far as Bill coaching ... Anything is possible, I know those fans that outnumber all other fans anywhere (Steelers) would have a thing or three to express over it, however thats the nature of the game. If he goes to D they will be better off, but IMO he needs to think hard about where to coach and pick a team that has potential. I think Denver is his best bet, its a good fit.
Posted Monday September 27, 2010, About: Cowher to coach Giants in 2011?
Indeed Ed. My spelling is a bit off due to the Dallas fans some how believing Cower is a bum. I guess the NFL and every commentator is simply wrong. I'm sure the 1-2 Cowgirls fans know best.
Posted Monday September 27, 2010, About: Cowher to coach Giants in 2011?
Oh, Just heard that Bill is seriously considering coaching the Lions and Brett Farve is going to be the starting Qb and on the hush hush is TO is going there as well. They all have considered going to the BIG Blue(s) one of the most overly exagerated teams with such an illustious record of being winers <-- oh, there should be another n .. sigh*
Posted Monday September 27, 2010, About: Cowher to coach Giants in 2011?
The only team that Bill would consider really taking on is the one team that really needs him. The Lions, all the rest.... especially Dallas. Never.
