BTW Marty would have had to post 3 shutouts in a row to win the first 3 games......highly unlikely....even for the shutout King!

Huh??? This guy was one of the biggest reasons that they did win 2 games. Marty Brodeur has nothing to be ashamed of, and played a great series.
The Kings would have won with the goalies reversed. Nothing against Quick, who deservedly got the C. Smythe Trophy, and who was stellar.
N.J lost because they couldn't score enough on this team, and Parise, and Kovie did little or nothing for the majority of the series.
Congrats to Garden River's Jordan Nolan!!!! I bet Ted is soooo proud!!! Bring the Cup home!!!
