He just needs to do his job that he is getting paid for and stop running his mouth. Yea he won a WS, big deal! The year after they won they looked like one of the worse teams in baseball so hows that being a great manager? Other managers have won the WS and didn't think they were the greatest thing to happen to baseball. He needs to take care of his team instead of constantly causing drama in the baseball world.

The Red Sox are not going to pay A-Rod the money he deserves and wants. He is not going to stay with the Yanks because Yankees fans are horrible to him they only like him when hes hitting record breaking HRs in a month not when he goes on a slump like every other player does. He should go to a city and a team that will respect him for the great baseball player that he is.

Obviously Torre isnt the problem for the Yankees. He has an outstanding record as the manager for the Yankees. Just because he has one start of a year being bad doesnt mean he should be fired.. Does Steinbrenner not remember all the Torre has done for the Yanks orginization?

If Giambi admits to it then every other player who uses or has used steroids should be a man and admit it too. They claim to be mega superstars and some claim to be role models to young fans. They should step up and admit they have made a mistake and take responsibility. Show everyone that baseball players are more honest, responsible, and decent than other athletes.

Clemens is one of the best pitchers in major league history. The Yankees desperately need him now but pushing him to come back too soon is not a good idea. He isnt a young pitcher anymore it will take him longer to get back to pitching the way he is known for. The Yanks have to see it this way either they push him to come back too soon, he gets hurt, and possibly ends his career(and all hope for the Yanks this season) or they let him take his time and be fully ready. Now the question is are the Yanks willing to wait?

Zambrano always starts the season kind of slow but the whole contract negotiations are clearly on his mind. If the Cubs want their ace to pitch the way we know him to pitch they need to settle these negotiations now. They need to give him a big contract to prove they believe in him.
