Looks like Carmelo Anthony is preparing to be a CB for the Bengals....one, his DUI arrest gives him the "jail cred" to be on the team...ans two, as far as being a CB, did anyone see how well he backpedaled after throwing that sucker punch last year?

THere is no more lock down corners...the rules got rid of those players...if you touch the WR to hard you get a flag.....Asante may not be a man to man CB but who can stay with WRs these days ....without touching them first....you see what happen to Harris during the pro bowl....well thats where its going

It's the first 5 yards that I'm concerned with. Is Asante physical enough to jam his man at the line to get his timing off on the route? I'm not discounting his skill and amazing foresight as an elite cb. My concern is his physicality up front.

Then again... Lito is the same type of player.

My only concern is that Asante is not a man-to-man cb. He'll need to man-up a lot more than he's used to... especially against Dallas and T.O.

I also read that a girl won a settlement against her mother for something (can't remember). It was for $350 a week that the mother had to pay like child support for the girl's necessities. However, the mother got savvy and went online to her college daughter's myspace page and found photos of her daughter partying it up with cans of beer lying around everywhere.

The mother brought the daughter back into court, and the judge asked her if she used the money to buy beer. The girl said yes, and the judge ruled against the daughter - to which the mother only needed to pay $100 a week.

did you hear about the kid that sued his parents after they grounded him and took away his cell phone and ipod and laptop??? He sued that his parents had given him these items and not only did they not have a right to take them away but because he had been using them since the age of 10, he had become dependent on them and it was emotionally and physically abusive because he was having withdrawals.

sigh.. no. But for some reason, the CD wont play on my kitchen stereo but will play on my CD player and my DVD player in the family room and will play on my jeep stereo - all of which are mp4 - the kitchen stereo is older and must be an mp3. I tried to burn the CD using MP3 but windows media automatically converted them to mp4 before writing it to the CD.,. so now Im screwed because Im making CD's to play when we are on the beach and the kitchen stereo is the one connected to the speakers on the deck

Hmmm.... your source files are music files or originaly mp4's? You can always plug in your ipod to the aux and play them that way. I'm sure more capacity and easier transport.

I love how NY fans can all of a sudden puff up their chests after years of domination by the Eagles. Enjoy the SB win while you can Giants fans. You deserve it, but please... don't assume that your team can now overlook the Eagles or any other team in the East.

That said... I really can't see how adding Jones can help us any more than having a healthy Buck and a continually developing Hunt. What I'm more excited about is the addition of Klecko. That guy is a beast, and if he nails down the FB spot... watch for monster holes to open up for our backfield.
