Posted Saturday October 17, 2009, About: Ravens shopping for WR?
Flacco to Bowe, Touchdown! Seriously though, the Ravens need to focus on IMPROVING THEIR POROUS SECONDARY play and accept that the current crop of WRs (Mason, Clayton, Washington, Williams, Tyree) will do their best. Will any sub-par team trade their decent CB? Wonder what Chris McCalister is up to, besides "keepin' it reels".
Posted Thursday October 08, 2009, About: Ochocinco promises 'Ricky Bobby' dance
ATTN: All Ravens WR's (esp. K. Washington).
Beat OchoCinco to the punch (even though I doubt 85 will score Sunday). Do the Ricky Bobby dance in the endzone first. 85 will be soooo disappointed.
Posted Monday August 24, 2009, About: Agent: Police racially profiled Ravens LB
Fein played quarterback and linebacker at South Kitsap High in Port Orchard, Wash. After graduation, he worked as a roofer for a year before joining the Army to make money for college. He served for 3 1/2 years. When he got out, he played football at Scottsdale (Ariz.) Community College. He earned a scholarship to Ole Miss, where he finished second on the team in tackles his junior year. He went on to win the Pat Tillman Patriot Award, which is given to a football player who also saw military action.

During his senior year at Ole Miss, Fein and the Rebels' new coach, Houston Nutt, had a disagreement, supposedly over a run-in Fein had with the academic staff. He had to earn his way back from the bottom of the depth chart, but had a strong second half of the season, finishing with 52 tackles to rank third on the team. He also had a key tackle in the Rebels' upset win over top-ranked Florida.

Although he knows he's likely a long shot to make the Ravens -- he's listed fourth on the depth chart at strongside linebacker -- Fein told The Baltimore Sun he has cherished his opportunity with the team.
Posted Tuesday August 18, 2009, About: Why Tigers traded for Huff
Good riddance Huff. Your Peter Pan antics have tired me, much like your OPS & BA. I did enjoy the fist-pump after the HR off Chamberlain, but your "Baltimore is a horse---- city" radio comment never was forgiven or forgotten. Should of traded you before the deadline last season when your stock was higher (Silver Slugger performance) with 1.5 yrs left on your contract and actually received numerous AAA prospects in return. As it is, I'll accept this unknown pitcher from Detroit who may not make it outta A ball and save $2M for the coffers. 10th best prospect, you say?? Good. O's are stacking the minor league system to keep the mediocre major team looking over their shoulder. -Andy McPhail.
Posted Tuesday August 18, 2009, About: Marshall: Pay me or trade me
Dear Brandon Marshall,
Please take a deep breath and relax the trade demands. Get 100 % healthy, stop pouting and play with determination. Show some respect for your current organization and ater this season, you will be awarded one of the larger free agent contracts for a WR.
Take Care and Best Regards,

Posted Tuesday June 19, 2007, About: Baker, Johnson to interview with O's
Didn't the O's already have a Yankee crony as a manager? O yeah, his name was Mazelli and look how well that went. Girardi is a horrible choice for manager. He will sabotage the O's and favor the Yank$, dilute the team's confidence while playing homage and spying to Yank$ front office, players and scouts. Just like Mazelli... er, Torre, He will sit in the dugout, arms crossed, like a statue, contemplating his next Yank$ gig and uniform. Bying time, like a cat, tied to a stick on anti-biotics. Nice. BRING BACK DAVEY JOHNSON! and while their at it, bring back Jon Miller! Best broadcaster ever, shunned by the Old Man's bitter crapulance.
Posted Monday June 18, 2007, About: O's want Girardi to replace Perlozzo?
So long, Perlozzo. We hardly knew ya. Better luck next time. So long and goodnight. With the defunct core of players the O's have, the future manager won't fare any better. What harm would keeping Perlozzo to the end of the season have done? Girardi will only accept the O's position if he is made an offer he can't refuse... a horse head in his bed may be an incentive. Angelos, Perlozzo, Mazone, Girardi, Mazelli ... Sopranos!
A fire sale is looming in Baltimore.... but what would other teams offer for Gibbons, Patterson, Millar, Huff, Traschel, Baez or Williamson? A calzone? Good riddance to bad spoilage to them all.Tejada and the others must stay! Esp. Tejada.
BTW- F*&^ the Yankee$. They have ruined baseball for anyone with a soul. If you are a Yank$ fan, you are a minion of Satan and go #%^& yourself!
Posted Wednesday May 23, 2007, About: Giambi won't approve Angels trade
Giambi is a cheater. Just all Yankee$ players. I hope he is suspended 50 games.
Posted Wednesday May 23, 2007, About: A-Rod's elbow ticks off the Red Sox
A-Rod a pansy, cheap-shot, whiny, little girl!
Posted Wednesday May 23, 2007, About: O's discuss firing manager
Perlozzo is a good guy, but a poor manager. He doesn't know how to use his bullpen. Perlozzo thinks that when a relief pitcher is struggling, bringing the pitcher into more games will give the pitcher an opportunity to shake the funk/redeem his confidence. That philosophy works in the minor leagues, not the majors. Use the Best matchup available!
