I won't say anything bad about Jihad Joe,but if Javon left willingly with the purported suspect,maybe the dude had a gun or knife on him and told him to go to his car and no funny stuff or else.It happens in the movies all the time so it must happen in real life.
I would laugh if someone went public and said that Arfat came to his shooting range to take lessons,but he was only interested in how to conceal the weapon in an intimidating way and wasn't interested in how to fire the weapon.
