It's too bad that the money flowing into Nascar has dropped to the point that they have resorted to this. I guess looking at all those empty seats has them scrambling to recover. I hope they bounce back but I can't totally agree with the methods being used.

The teams always appeal. If not it looks like you admit guilt. Chad has a long history or a "rap sheet". Wasn't there, don't know for sure, but my guess is they were caught dirty.
