I couldn't agree with you more! But Arenas for some reason brings out the worst in players and they shut down. They always look loaded, but never go anywhere!

You're leaving out a couple of factors. What exactly does NY do when LBJ resigns with Cleveland, (a team much closer to a championship though I don't think he'll get one)? No one addresses that! They assume LBJ is coming.
Also, if NY takes care of getting the help they need, why didn't Patrick Ewing end up with a ring? You can't deny these important questions. And why so much faith in a Knicks management who haven't proven they can really do anything? I mean, you CAN'T win with offensive minded D'Antoni so what's the plan there? At least Ewing's Knicks played great defense.
